IBA Slowly diluting the strength of officers association by restricting the wage revision talks upto scale 3. We will not allow the above tactics. We oppose strongly.
This is very right step by the IBA.None of the Association Neta has any educational qualification or integrity to understand the issues of higher bank officers.Bank would definitely give them much better pay than what they would get if these netas like Nair etc. negotiate. By the way what's the age of Nair, when did he retire from service and what is he doing here? All such dead wood should be shown the door out of the Banks, let alone to be allowed to participate in negotiations.

All India | Edited by Surajit Dasgupta | Updated: July 11, 2017 19:59 IST The bill which seeks to double the tax-free gratuity limit to Rs. 20 lakh, from Rs. 10 lakh, is likely to be pushed for passage in the upcoming monsoon session of Parliament, beginning July 17, said Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya. "This is on our agenda. It may come in this session (monsoon). It will soon go to the Cabinet for approval," the labour minister told Press Trust of India. The draft bill, however, is yet to be scrutinised and approved by the Union Cabinet. Earlier in February, the central trade unions had agreed on the proposal in a tripartite consultation with the labour ministry. BANKERS/INSURANCE /PSU/PVT SECTOR STAFF WHO HAVE RETIRED/EXPIRED AFTER 01012016 are requested to send emails message to their union leaders that Gratuity ceiling enhancement is made effective from 01012016 at par with Central Govt employees, RBI staff so that every worker who has retired/expired after 01012016 and those who are likely to retire in due course get direct benefit varying from Rs. 5 to 10 lacs each with enhancement of gratuity to Rs. 20 lacs.
