Amount offered should be raised to atleast Rs.5802 Cr. to match 9th B.P.S
i.e  a minimum of 18.5% on payslip is equal to 9th B.P.S. increase.
Considering work load/culture , CBS environment/risk 
shortage of manpower etc., we should get more than what was given last time.
But, What is going on?
* In 2007 award staff number is more than Officers.
* Now Officers number is almost equal/more than to award staff
* In 2007  D.A merger %=100+24.66=124.66
* In 2012  D.A merger %=100+60.15=160.15
(because of unprecedent inflation rate)   compiled by "Indian Bank Kumar"

These union leaders have nothing to do with "AAM BANKER".....
Now all the employees should start 'Quit Union Movement'.....
When union is not able to provide any benefit for the welfare of employees then we all should quit the membership of the union.....

Professors get tax exempt salary of 70 k we atleast need a take home of 75 with regulated work hours otherwise. I won't stay in unions

what was the percentage on other cost I.e cost other than payslip cost in previous settlements?

Control your tongue.. I know what I deserve.. All talented people deserve atleast 75 k take home.. If not they will move to companies that provides.. May be only an unionist like u will stay.. For mekes salary in the current price levels where a house cost 75 -100. Laks

In my opinion we all bankers should fight against the following points first:-
1. Tremendous pressure in banking these days.
2. Increases in no. of chargesheets
3. Involvement of govt/politician in our work
4. Working till late hours
5. Working on sundays
Do you all feel that you can compromise a sound sleep and a comfortable health on the cost of a hike of 10-15k or a little. What I feel is first we should ask for our protection. Well frnds I know most of you infact all of you will find this points lame but this is all what I feel because the gravity of all this kind of pressure will keep on increasing with increase in wages since banks will be hesitating to recruit more staff on higher wages, there will be increase in shortage of staff with increase in no. of retirement in coming years. So this kind of issues be resolved with long term solution first.

This time along with salary hike the work hours issue must get resolved. Atleast bankers should get 5 days a week request approved. What all say?? otherwise revolution is mandatory. Dharna !!!
