Unknown said...

If union gives call for one or two days no body should prticipate

It appears that UFBU is loosing the power to negotiate and the fire to fightout effectively.

Unknown said...

It appears that the UFBU HAS LOST THE STRENGTH AND POWER TO NEGOTIATE AND CONCLUDE THE MATTER QUICKLY.

Until retired persons are thrown away from Negotiation, the chances of respect ful settlement is limited. It is better to link with Pay commission. There is no need of Iba as well as Ufbu.

Only solution of our demand is indefinite strike. Here, leaders r just making their ullu, seedha.

I think UFBU leaders are handling the situation in a strategic way. They have good negotiation skills.. delay is not at all the problem..more delay, more hike..good arrears..pls always support leaders.. I salute our UFBU..

Dear bankers dont get frustration. This is a game played by Govt.only not by union leaders. Pl.follow the Governments latest economic policies, their approach towards working class. So now we cleverly negotiate with IBA with so much patience. This is not supported to any body. One thing we must remember from our old settlements, negotians are very lengthy and time taken. pl.bear and dont loose patience.

Unknown said...

Despite the lapse of nearly 6 months, elections took away 3 months , AIBOC away for 3 months , there is no haste on the part of UFBU to push IBA to a settlement . They are wasting the time and protracting it till it reaches the notorious 3 years from the previous settlement as had been the case in the last settlements. This despite the fact that government mandated IBA to finish the settlement soon after the expiry of the previous settlement. UFBU not only missed the bus but now deliberately sitting on the settlement under one pretext or other.Lets hope they at least bark leave alone bite.

Is strike of 12 &13 of bank staff????

Unknown said...

Levy levy levy, useless union leaders delay wage revision for more two years and use the levy for you and for your comfort. Useless fellos

Anonymous said...

Remedy is only Indefinite strike

Unknown said...

No joint circular from ufbu regarding negotiations dated 29.09.2019 till date ???????

Raghubir said...

In 1993-94 when computerisation implemened in banks Mr Rajive Gandhi gave one increment to every bankers being risk of job loss, similarly Modi Govt should give one increment to every banker only due to jobs risk and unions should demands this immediately instead of wage revision.

True Leaders
Be prepared for extreme sacrifice. Sit on hunger strike and get ready for arrest action. Remember those early leaders yeomen services to members and tactics taken to preserve Bank Nationalisation. These days leaders do not show anything in action. Immediately call for indefinite strike to achieve wage revision. Members are with you. Ultimate victory should be Bankmen and customer and not corporate looters

Only way is giving good support to UFBU..they r working at par our expectations..

As rao said...

Actually UFBU should have responded on 29th Aug19 itself. If not, then on 30aug after FM decision on bank mergers. It becomes too late to sit after two weeks for discussions for strike call. Notice period makes some more delay and finally the issues get weakened and the impact of issues also disappear. Then the staff will have two options - participate in strike or leaving the unions itself

Unknown said...

Why there is so much delay for bank wage negotiation, but it requires only one year for implementation of the cpc recommendation from the due date of revision.

Anonymous said...

Bastards in union are corrupt they get bribed by government/iba for delay and also collect huge levy for delay. The more you delay more benefits for these bastards. These unions are parasites

Unknown said...

Best thing is only one. Do not sell any govt product.

Anonymous said...

Not only government products but also no products at all. Don't have eye to eye contact with customers at all

Association and Union should sign a one time bipartite for asking parity with Central government employees instead of negotiating the salary/wage revision one time.Unions are always busy in negotiating wage revision, it became permanent agenda. Each time same drama, strike , protest etc. In one go study the salary , perks and facilities of central government employee and demand for parity , a also mentioned in Pillai Committee, by fight in one stroke . Each time same drama degrade your status and position in society. For acheiving this one time indefinite strike can also be called and all legal options should also be explored by availing leading advocates of the country. In case of indefinite strike court may order the Bankers to end their strike for the a good homework is required to be done to avoid any embarrassment.
