BEFI circular dr.13.01.2015 says……………..

Our Central Committee (CC), as per schedule, met at Nagpur on 10th and 11th instant.
………….extended thanks to Com. T. K. Rangarajan and Com. Tapan Sen, respectively the
Vice President and the General Secretary of CITU, for taking initiative to talk with the
Hon’ble Finance Minister during the last winter session of the Parliament and urging
upon him for intervention to avoid further unrest in the industry.

An idea is being aired among the bank employees that 11% increase on pay slip
component is closure to 17.5% increase that we got last time. On this we have to make
it clear that even IBA has put it on record that 11% increase
on pay slip component is
equal to 12.5% increase on the total wage bill. Lest there be any confusion amongst the
bank employees, CC has called upon all our Units to explain this aspect to all sections
of bank employees.
*********************************************************************
IBA  replies to UFBU for their letter  13.01.2015……..

In this letter IBA wished to complete the process by 15 th February.
The sub groups discussions report will be given to negotiations committte and decided
on further negotiations.
IBA’s managing committee will meet on 31.01.2015 and discuss the reports of
sub groups reports.
Thereafter it will hold a meeting with UFBU in the first week of FEBRUARY 2015.
**************************************************
i.e IBA has no intention to hold any meeting with UFBU before 21.01.2015
and has not commit any increase in wage load% or on other issues.
Now the question is whether UFBU will go for Strike as planned or cancel the strile
and wait till Feb 2015?
“cat on the wall” situation.

We don't accused to anyone. But we are blood vessels of India.
Don't cut off it. India will die.

The strike should not be deferred at any cost... Very ridiculous to see why we all should not come united and show our willpower to IBA and party concerned

These r all tacties of both IBA & UFBU.. No one is serious about the employees who r working in hardsheep..The Unions & Govt both r in profit.. I dont understand when all the Bank Employees r standing firmly behind the UFBU why these people r hesitating to go on scheduled Strike? The reason may be made known to all..Be firm to achieve the goal..

What are we waiting union leaders its time to show..lets bite the iba n their political babus who propagate their work ambition on our shoulder like achhe din,0 account, dbgt gas subsidy
If they treat us like kutta lets us show our identity.....

Ufbu should proceed with 4 days strike from 21.1.15 failing which it is will be deemed as the ufbu leaders have dug their own grave

It can be clearly be understood that the IBA iks killing time and it seems that the Unions are not strong enough to present the actual increase demanded in the wage bill and hence they are not able to talk about it. Hence they have come done straight 3.5% when the IBA has come up with only 1.5% up. What can the staff members understand? How long do we need to wait for the money that is right fully ours? It is just like we have to beg for our salary? Trust me banking industry and specially PSB's are all going in bad hands with all these problems.

If UFBU thinking that IBA decision is doubtful.
Than UFBU need to roll back its decision like..... come back to 23 instead of 19. And follow the further schedule as usual.

Employees can be fooled once...2 times..3 times..but not for ever..if strike is getting withdrawn without any satisfactory compromise we , around 24 whatsapp group members in our bank has decided to reign from the union together...

We need specific answer from our union leaders who are collecting monthly payment from us and it is our right:
Why no regulated working hours for bankers...we are not humans..
Why not 5 day banking if govt employees are needs to do 5 days of working in relaxed conditions.
Why our issue are not getting highlighted in the media...who is responsible for the lo hikes received by bank employees compared to gvt. Staff in the past....
If you pple cant do it...don't come for member subscription...
