IBA proposed merger of DA as on Oct 2016 for working out revised payscales.
IBA also wanted introduction of variable pay for officers which we did not agree.
We insisted on negotiations to cover up to scale 7 .
Data on establishment expenses was given.

Today on 24.10.2017 Core committee for workmen unions with IBA.
Following points have been discussed.
1.Disciplinary Action and Procedure-Refers to sub Committee.
2.LFC-Difficult areas will be covered irrespective of distance.
For actual travel 4400km for clerks for substaff no change.
Encashment old distance.
Tickets costs of Rajdhani/Satabdi allowed.
Tickets charges covered.For road mileage afterwards.
3.Pension scheme-
In Main committee
4.Improvement in Spl.pay Medical aid and other allowance - After DA merger.
5.HRA and Annual medical aid-Some points agreed but decided after taking financial implications.
6.Leave Benefits-
SL-After 24years 3months
and after 30 years3months
in total 720days on half pay.
PL-notice period 10days other than LFC.
On encashment of 270 days will be discussed in main committee.
Some other points discussed but decision not taken.
Next sub committee meeting will be held on 14.11.2017.

what about load factor and hike %, 5 day banking which are important items for this settlement. Unions are playing games by not talking about top two important items. They will deceive the bank employees once again. No use of this incapable and selfish union team.

These leaders are worst fellows, we are all asking 5 days working n regular pay commission but they r not asking. We should fight with goverment only, other wise no use with these unions.

We should conduct survey from our people that to accept pay commission or negotiations way of wage revision. Then decide...
Union will lose there importance and levy.. They will only restricted to transfer and they have to work in branches also..
Retired employees ko Union me se nikal Dena chahiye... Jo actually work kr rahe Hai aur problems face kr rahe Hai... Wo achhese negotiate karenge...

Be ready to take another lollypop ...one ordinary teacher's basic salary 40k plus,one night watchman earn 27k .Bankers work in pathetic condtion and earn nothing .our union should think about it.
But the da on oct16 and oct17 is same...oct16-47.8 & oct17-47.8 nothing difference

Next-gen bank employees as a whole should stop our monthly payment to these guys if they are not good enough to get decent salary say 40-45k for clerical and 60k for officers...
Better bank salary to be linked with pay commission.. this settlement is their last choice whether to believe union or not...

Why union/ association people not urging for pay commission. Are kuchh bhala to karo. Hum to govt. Ke liye kaam Kar rahen hain. Phir why not like CPC. Neta log thoda socho,apne bhai log ke liye. Hum kya state govt.employees se bhai nikamme hain. After all we are working for money and for that more intelligent people choose Banks.but we are least paid now.Govt. job salary hike Karta hai toh profit/loss ki nehin sochta. Than why we restricted to profit/loss concept only & not to standard of living in comparison to earlier?

If IBA AND BANK UNIONS VOULD NOT COME ON AGREEMENT IN DECIDED PERIODS THEIR SALARY CUT OPTION TO BE IMPLEMENTED AND MEETING EXPANSES BE CHARGED OUT OF SALARY THEN OUTCOME WR MAY NOTICED ON TIME
Why these Union/association fellows who are all started as clerks and are clerks, want to negotiate pay scales of General Managers?
