Todays meeting out come:

:: Scale of pay finalized::
   Clerks: 11765 to 31540
  Substaff: 9560 to 18545
   (20 stages)

::plus 8 STAGNATION increments.
5 once in 3 years and
3 once in 2 yrs -

 ::8th stag. Inc. w.e.f.1.5.2015

 :: DA - 0.10% per slab


 :: HRA - 10%, 9% and 7.50%
   (Only 3 areas. 3rd and 4th clubbed)

 :: Transport - upto stage-15  - 425
                     stage 16 & above - 470

:: Medical - 2200

:: Spl Allowance @ 7.75% of Basic with DA thereon -
   (* New concept like Grade pay for Govt. Employees.
     It is different from Special Pay for SWO/HC/Spl.ASST )

::Settlement may be signed on 25th. May 2015

We are not united first of all, the rats who were in the committe and in IBA are the no 1 culprits, stupidest number of rounds were taken to finalize this stupidest settlment huh?
With the proposed hike a clerk will get 20k to 21k per month. In a metro city with that money can he able to run a family?
People posted in huge distance can only use that hike for their travelling expenses.
Our finance minister once said Rs.50 or below that would be sufficient for a citizen in a day to eat and have some saving too.
With this kind of idiots as ministers will they ever first of all listen how we are struggling?
Everyday there is a new scheme pmjdy,pmbdy,pmbby...,am not against these schemes, i and everyone welcome this,but how can we implement this with low man power?
Go and see any rural bank every day there is about minimum of 500 to 700 people coming for all those schemes plus 100 days payment. Total no of staffs are 3 or 4 the max.
Hey old bloody morons in IBA and committee dont do nonsense, youngsters we will come together and bang...BANG...BANG...BANG you all soon...

Dear KUMAR you were never late to transcribe the outcome of todays talk on pay structure. Question is did you analyse the same. Pay structure constructed with merger of da 60.15 and 2%increase. All other major elements such as medical aid hra conveyance are also increased in the same manner. Now left out is CTO SPL pay PQP daftary allowance head cashier allowance etc etc. Now the doubt is most of the elements carried only 2% increase where the balance 13% gone. More over when social media firmly said UFBU will advocate bring gain the balance to hra conveyance etc. To make you understand when social media in example discontentedly said union Will bring gain of say for exampleRs 100 the unions brought gain of RS 25 and also patting the back that they proved social media wrong. This I bringforth for your analysis but not begging for publishing. let us see the outcome of officer wage revision. Officers unlike award staff cannot be ..........

SUCH MEAGRE INCREASE IN TOTAL SALARY. IS THIS ACCHHE DIN?? ACTUALY GOVT. KNOWS IT VERY WELL THAT EVEN IF PEOPLE QUIT BANK JOBS OWING TO THE POOR SALARIES, THERE IS ENOUGH UNEMPLOYMENT IN OUR COUNTRY AND LAKHS WILL APPEAR IN THE IBPS EXAMS EACH YEAR. BEING SENSITIVE TO A DECENT WAGE DAEMANDS OF BANK EMPLOYEES ISNT A PRIORITY FOR THE GOVT.

8th stagnation increment introduced
w.e.f. 01.05.2015 who decided this date,why not it is from 01.11.2012 ?
The employees retired between 01.11.12 to 30.04.2015 & who were eligible will be depreived of this benefit because of these useless leaders failure to sign the settlement in time.There is loos of Rs.665/- in the basic pension,DA thereon and commucation amount.Who is responsible for this loss? is this collective wisdom ? kick the basterds out of the union.
Why special allowance is introduced(on lines of Grade Pay)
why this amount is not increased in basic pay.Is it going to be considered as basic pay for pension fixation ? If not again there is loss in Basic pension,DA thereon & commutation amount.This very ridiculous.Incompetence of UFBU has proved again.Who is going to compensate this loss ?

After going through data so far received it is observed that the people who retired after 01.11.2012
will be getting less pension as per revised scales by Rs.1700 to Rs.1800 approximately if grade pay is ignored.

Even If grade pay is considered still the pension is less by Rs.300 to Rs.400.

There is great loss to members retiring between Nov.12 to Oct.17
so wake up comrades ask the incompetent leaders explanation for this loss.Kick the bastards out from the union.Donot pay any leavy/donation subscription to union,for this disguised loss in the name of increase in salary/wage revision.This is a never before acheivement by UFBU.This is the worst settlement so far.In earlier settlements the percentage of wage revision was increasing but this time it below the last settlement.Great acheivement ? Historic Settlement
