An appeal to all banking friends....Whatever our differences of opinion, let LIC dogs keep barking because they are frustrated within their organizations. Let's us concentrate on our bank issues.

Friends last time Iam requesting all of you. I am openly telling this third class person is not any LIC or any insurance guy. He is in reality CLASS IV chaprasi level worker of AIBEA. Such bastards have been purposely guided by their prostitute bosses like CHV to intentionally divert the attention from their misdeeds.
U will accept wage settlement signed by aibea only. If u r against aibea than don't accept it. All know u have accepted adhoc arrears given by iba. U are niether with aibea nor with iba . U r with money only.

So till that bastard is alive, he will continue damaging the whole settlement process. We want justice. I don't know about the work but no one can enjoy unclaimed amount..at least these type of wrong comments are not expected..just FYI insurance company has to pay more than 8% interest on unclaimed amount...if that amount is not claimed for more than 10 years same is transferred to government..so no one is enjoying anything..LIC people also want that banks get maximum benefit in every revision ... because that is indirectly linked to their wage revision too
Yes. Very good point. No one can enjoy unclaimed amount. Actually psu bankers and insurance staff should respect each others because govt is actually making a bakraa of both of them. Since LIC settlement is directly based on bank wage settlement (only difference being absence of sp.pay juggelery in LIC wage deal) so if there is bad settlement in psu banks then indirectly LIC staff also suffers poor wage agreement. We must United fight the oppressive powers of govt and union leaders.

Banking Wage Negotiation update: STRIKE DEFERRED !! IBA has formed a Small Committee for working on merger of Special Allowance to Basic with relevant loading factor besides 15% hike on Payslip component along with 5 days encashment per year and 3 Slabs of PLI.
In today’s talks with IBA in addition to 15% increase in pay slip cost, some more forward movement is there in our demands. In view of this positive development our agitational actions and 3 Days Strike is deferred. Circular follows. --- Convenor, UFBU
BANK NEWS STRIKE DEFERRED IBA has formed a small committee for working on merger of special allowance to basic with relevant loading factor besides 15% hike on payslip component along with 5 days encashment per year and 3 slabs of PLI
Negotiation took place today. IBA started the discussion from 13.5% in view of the strike call without improvement of any other issues. After protracted discussion, it was agreed that hike will be 15%, 5 day week will be pursued, a small committee will be formed to work out on increasing load from 2,% & spl allowance merger. IBA to share data of pensioners with UFBU. With this understanding the strike stands deferred and the UFBU agitation programme will be in abeyance.
Only UFBU wasted time and make financial loss for members(due to strike).Previously IBA offered 15%.Now u agree with that 15%.Will IBA increase the load from 2% to 10%?
None of the unions were ready to withdraw strike since IBA offer was same as earlier. CHV begged them to be considerate and take whatever is thrown at us
Even after this backstabbing by Unions, none of us is going to leave the union. Most of us will also give the levy. Why?? Because we are common bankers and we fear for our transfers, fear for our promotions, fear to suffer the worth of ZMs and union leaders. When I joined bank 15 years ago, I was non-member. My then ZM suggested (forced) me to join a particular union quoting that, the “Union people can’t do any good to common banker but they certainly can do bad if any one go against them. The union fee we are paying is a kind of Protection Money we are paying to be in peace.” In my bank, even top executives DGM, GM rank still gives this protection money to the unions (not through check-off system but as annual subscription through cheques.
Union Leaders very well knows this fear and compulsion of ours and encashing on it. Whatever bad words/ curse we can give, we can only write it here but we can’t gather the courage to resign from union or raise our voice against paying the levy.
This is the reality. We are suffering because of our fear and Selfiessness.
