One small correction. You are forgetting that pay commission is once in 10 years and our wage settlement is once in 5 years. So pay commission hike of 3.68 times on 10 year basis is like (3.68/2) I.e. 1.84 timeson 5 year basis where as our hike demand is 1.57 times.

One small correction. You are forgetting that pay commission is once in 10 years and our wage settlement is once in 5 years. So pay commission hike of 3.68 times on 10 year basis is like (3.68/2) I.e. 1.84 timeson 5 year basis where as our hike demand is 1.57 times.
