Every banker is invited to the public hanging ceremony of C H Venkitachalam on 1.11.19 at Cuffe Parade outside IBA office. Please contribute Rs.2 per staff for the death ceremony of CHV. Iba and UFBU must answer what they did in two years and how much more time is required to finish the settlement.are they really serious about wage revision?

Respected union leaders please allow and give way for young ,diynamic,currently serving employees in bipatre wage revision talks with IBA.retired employees please dont worry about you financial benefits,we youngster employees will lookafter your needs and we will explain with IBA,and get it for our senior family bank employees. Because we are all bank employee family.why because serving staff are the current pillars of current banking industry,they currently serving to customer and earning good profit to banks.if the seniors never get a best good wage revisions from IBA 11 biparte settelment,surely UFBU will never survive for next 12 biparte settelment ,members automatically stop membership amount,never cooperate with unions / associations,sorry to say this,in future it will happens.no union,association,IBA. Where is Modi -- one rank one pay. Why not Bankers not included in 7th pay commission. Why an average rs 5000 on average less paid to Pensioner, as per half yearly d a slabs system instead of quartly d a slab as per serving bankers. Whether this loot be given to leaders as levy from pensioners.Stop this LOOT . Pay these stress to every pensioners from the First day of this loot ( Jajia)

Yaha hum settlement ki baat kar rahe hain waha niti aayog aaye din hi sarkar ko bank privatisation ka sujhav de raha hai government ko. Settlement chhodo yaha toh naukri hi safe rahe wahi bahot hai mere liye.
Levy money lastly goes to politics so GOvt itself should intiate to stop this benefit to political wing by settling the revision in time so there will be no levy
Great compliments by hon. Pm for bankers doing wonderful job. By opening jan dhan acs.bima surksha bima yojana. Mudraloans. Demonitisation. Kyc of crores of people. Atms in lakhs Other loans. Recoveries of npas.but treated like bad gays of ind. While giving wage revision orop for defence personell. But no updation for retirees no medical facility to old age people. Great salute from bankers to present govt.

At least UFBU have to say what happened in the closed door in the last meeting. We have right to know, is it not.
Bankers should come forward to strengthen the union and choose the leaders who are presently in job not to retires.
