We all should ask monthly income & expenses published in detail by union leaders on union site for all members reference . So that we all can kmow how are these saheb are enjoying with our money.
This issue of advance payment of salary happened only and only because of ufbus failure to have foresight and softhandling of IBA at very crucial stage of negosiation.next month meeting should be the last one or else God only can help UFBU and it's leadership.

Please do not pay levy. Let us all unite and not pay levy on arrears. I feel IBA wants to help the employees from the looting by the trade unions.
It shows that, Iba is ready to settle the pay revision, but unions not willing to settle.

This is good decision by goi but against the unions interest. Lavy to net arrears par hi lenge wo bhi 5 percent.

It's really commendable on the part of IBA. Will RRBs also get the adhoc salary?
Yes otherwise why they withdraw strike and they are against this adhoc arrears.
Till the final of wage revision IBA SHOULD release the 10% interime relief also
