It is now nearly 24months from the expiry of last agreement.how many meetings are still required between IBAand UFBU to reach new agreement? please both the parties needs to be serious and conclude the agreement at an early date.
I think retired leaders of UFBU gets bored at home so they keep these meetings to have some fun. Please don't disrupt their fun by asking to complete the settlement process. May God bless them with two more wives and till then we should be quite.
All off. Unioun should go on trke for 2 day's, thereafter all award staff unioun should go on strike for 2 day's, that means totally bank services must hamper for a weak

Scale 8th bhi aa gaya. Ab mandate 8th scale tak magna hoga....7th scale tak IBA de nahi raha...
This is what happening . . Are the scale 1 to 4 are getting real wages.. now in wage negotiations upto scale 8 wage why.....
Scale 1 to 5 ka mandate iba de raha hai.
6-8 to totally management strike bhi nahi karta.

Heard this month two days strike by the officer unions?
26 & 27 Sept. 2 days strike by class 1 officers only. No message from workmen union ???
