Thanks Union for sending reminder to IBA ... u r doing fantastic job and as we bankers nominating our union leader for padmabhushan award. great job keep it up. after bipartite settlement we will donate money for our union doing such a wonderful job.
Are bhai unions are working as per their calibre. Their brains permit only this much. I also recommend them for Padmabhushan. If settlement actually takes place in next 45 days then BHARAT RATNA

If you go through the last many settlements, it could be inferred that out crooked trade union leaders have been delaying the settlements by colluding(playing dramas) with IBA to collect more amount of levy on the arrear amount. Please stop paying levy by all the members this settlement onwards. Now itself members can give a letter to the trade unions to that effect so that they will settle the issue immediately since there is no scope for manipulation. Till now I have not paid a single rupee as levy on arrears other than the monthly subscription to the association. They could not do any thing against me so far.

Mind it - Wage revision would be not before May 2020 in any case so all these delays are happening.
