diffcult time for bipartie settlement just happy on DA increase and same time private sector people join initial in 4-5 lack CTC and this people go in 5 years around 10-12 lack CTC and we bankers still getting after 5 year of job 50-55K per month....so sad
News about settlement IS " THE SETTLEMENT IS LIKELY TO BE DONE SHORTLY AFTER ELECTIONS ARE OVER. AND ALSO THE AGENDA OF PENSION UPDATION IS TO BE SOLVED ALONG WITH IT. SO BROTHERS AND SISTERS NOW ENJOY! WAIT FOR FEW WEEKS !!. WISH YOU ALL THE BEST OF LUCK! THANKS!

Banking sector ..full of juniors hereafter...no proper training and experience ..tough time 4 us

yes 100% true and additional every three year transfer in job difficult for family settlement .
