I don't understand why CHV is saying 5250 crores is allocated. Instead he should tell what would be the new salary of clerk or officer as per this wage revision of 10percent.

Nowadays using bad language gives a pain in mind. I have worked with Bank for Long 32 years and quality of human as Bank employees, today we are missing. Pray God , this people should avoid such language in family and friends. Habit is second nature. GOD bless all. Cool down best way at this point of time. We may see very bad financial position than 1991-1992 near future. If any reason our Sovereignty rating faces trouble. GOD knows the best. Cool down bankmen and women.
CHV....don't tell jokes. Come and display how much salary increase will come with this %. Do you think a bank employee can afford normal life with this salary. Don't put figures when compare to last biparitite settlement. compare the salaries with other govt organisations. Attender in state and central government employees earning more or less equal to officer in bank. CHV should feel ashame to achieve this under his leadership. CHV clearly betrayed the bank employees. no doubt about it.God is there to take care of him. He will not die just like that. He will cry everyday and pray god to take him.
Bankers are now a days get less than a chokider of govt employee... So..this is the result of our so called best leader of our union... Sala kutto..shame on u..
Initially award staff : officer is 5:1 And now a day ratio is 2:3 that means Mr. Chv in future this ratio will be 1:3 and finally bones for dog will be finished. So do some thing for bankers otherwise your fuel will be lost and shop of commission and levy automatically closed. 2nd thing is don't underestimate power of common banker, banker government banna bhi sakta h or gira bhi sakta h. Example is rajasthan election.
This guy will betray you poor clerks and substaff. He seems to be satisfied by 10% and he is not in favour of pension revision.he is bluffing. He is now with IBA and against AIBOC and other officers union who try for better wage revision...why AIBEA members still suffer him???
What he is coming to say is...it took him 16 months to achieve from 2% to 10%. So it will take him another 2 years to achieve the 20% mark...so wait until 2021..

I am against iba, aibea. I am only explain you award staff and officers ratio. Banking sector is only one sector where work man is less and officers are more. This is because award staff union is mindless and inactive. Result is working environment balance is diturbed. And gradually clerks choose promotion.

AIBEA remained as a warrior at all times except during the period of CHV.Since, he is in the majority union of clerks/substaff, IBA is cleverly using him to conclude the settlement. Since he is simplifying the work of IBA he is not allowed to leave the union even after retirement AIBOC should decide to go it alone and prove its mettle.
Tomorrow is D-Day for bank retirees. AIBRF the largest bank retiree's assn. expect some good news from Com. CHV invited as Chief Guest on the occasion of their annual conference scheduled to be held at Delhi.
