5. _Removal of anomalies in fixation of Pension in SBI including commutation
6. _Defined Pension Scheme to those who are recruited after April 2010_
7. _Pension option to those who have resigned after putting pensionable service
8. _Full Reimbursement of Medical Insurance premium as extended to Serving Employees_
9. _Reckoning of Special Allowance component for all terminal benefits with retrospective effect from 01 12 2012
10. _Negotiating Rights to Retirees and Pensioners Associations on retirees issues with IBA / Govt._

bank unions have systematically deprived the serving bankers from legitimate dues and demands by compromising with govt and management,they have agreed for abdication of responsibility by management towards retiree by including a clause to that effect in settlement for wage revision.most of leaders are professional cheaters by clinging to top posts of unions and negotiating team for long periods to deprive the new thinking generation from leading unions and employees.those in the retiree forum as leaders are also followers and second line leaders of those unscrupulous leaders.in my opinion nothing will happen to retirees by these second rung leaders who have no ability to lead a struggle,but to create some chairs to sit till their death.
You are absolutely right. Although I am not a retiree I agree with what you say. Employee unions unlike officer union have surely cheated bank employees currently employed in the lowest rings of the ladder.
All are governed by act.
If I can't do any thing don't blame others.
I am not defending any union but asking u to do something.
all these unions are worst...every department has their own demands...teachers ...rtc employees...doctors...are going for strike by giving prior notice...for them no salary deduction and because of strikes they're getting benefited by fulfilling their demands...but for bankers what's this dirty politics and dirty rules...
The most heartening demands of retirees viz 100 percent DA neutralization , Increase in slabs for family pensioners etc needs to be heard by the govt very sympathetically and the these demands are to be fulfilled first in this settlement.
pension updation may be declined again quoting cost factor. It requires a long battle to convince the management.

UFBU is ZERO, they are not supporting not only the serving employee but also the pensioner.As per 7th CPC 2.57 times(257%) increase has been given to CG employees/pensioners,with out any agitation/strike,but bank employees go on striking and loosing their salary,IBA is throwing biscuits to dogs
Please add one more demand that d.a increase be paid on Quarterly basis instead of Half yearly basis. The increase of D.a from nov-2018,be paid from feb-2019.loss for three months for this increase.Thanks.from Mohinder Singh Bathla 9416402221.
