Why you want to conduct this useless meeting with toothless unions. Just for the sake of coffee,tea and biscuits and also it may for well tasted tiffin and also very well stuffed meal . All of you people are for this only. Enjoy with others money out all the participants no one will spent a penny out of their pocket
Another round will bring 6.5 to 8 percent hike.So time killing is the moto of either side.Nothing will happen unless 29 to 30 months elapased.Meantime merger will take place one by one.Nothing will be done for the retiree by the ufbu retired personnel who are taking part in the so called meeting.All hope less.
This is just chai and biscuit meeting no need to expect anything from this meeting. All of them just want to enjoy with our money. They are waiting just for lollipops of levy
Aiboc. Has taken right stand.not to participate ubu has list of 100 demands except decent wage revision wash allowance water allowance hot allowance cold allowance clith allowance shift allowance etc. There should be only 2 demands. 1 decent wage revision. 2 . All Saturday off.
Why all bankers not opposing government activities related to banks wage revesion. If all bankers do only appeal with public vote against present government ,then this appeal affects image of govt.then govt.understood the importance of bankers
My dear youngest colleagues kindly at least put your all efforts to topple the present old guards of our so called toothless unions. Who are nothing for good. They are for their personal gains and their persanol luxury only. Hence try to struggle to move out of clutches of this non contactable unions. And this is the bing opportunity to part away be ready

What are the issues are clinched for bankers please clarify those why aibea are hiding six hours passed u a re not bothered for yours commrades
