Hello so called comrades action is not sufficient. It is only salary loss to the employees. We the bank employees who provides luxury to so called union leaders urge that take strong and effective action. The public should feel the heat of action. Then only there will be a movement in the Govt. Ele we urge the so called leaders to quit and put the salary decision in the hands of PAC. And I would like to make a request to banking community to mount the pressure on the so called leaders

why less salaries for us when compared to insurance sector..we are cross selling their products also...but for ao initial basic pay is 32795 and for po is 23700...why this much difference in salaries...they don't have customer interaction too..
which sector unions are strong ?? insurance or banking sector ?? y insurance sector employees are getting more Sal than us ?? Is insurance sector union is stronger than our union ??

Abusing fellow beings shows the frustration of bankers. We are overworked less paid sector. Now we are selling products not related to us Fulfilling government scheme targets.Our unions should disaffiliate from CPI CPM. Join the ruling parties .onl o then their demands will be taken care of.
Koi nahi yaar log just chill. Jo ho raha hai hone do pichla bhi aisi hi hua tha. Abbi bhi same waise hi hoga. Sab jaante ho fir bhi kyun pareshan ho rahe ho.

AIBOC'S STAND IS LOGICAL AND TIMELY.PROBABLY A LONG HAUL IS NEEDED TO DRIVE IN THE FACTS ALREADY DISCUSSED ABOVE.
AS REGARDS TO PAY COMMISSION DEMAND IS CONCERNED, IT MAY NOT BE THE BEST TIME. UNITY IN COMMUNITY WOULD BE CRITICAL FOR BETTER DEAL.

Don't forget you will also going to retire on attaining 60.So take up retirees issues on priority basis.
All are going to retire on reaching 60.Hence give priority to retirees issues, so you are also going to benefit in future .

Totally unsuccessful strike, many members are against this strike, if strike annunveda on 24 than, it will be effective
