Better wage condition..Still he is making fool of all the employees.We are getting only two-third salary of Central Government employees.Had he thought of employees, the last two settlements would have better. We can expect nothing till he is in the helm of the union.Beware employees. As usual we can hear only one thing from him- Historical settlement.History behind known only to him.God alone can save us.

Fake circular must posts by someone of ufbu's core committee member.Every one is anger against UFBU.They believe on meeting, begging, chetinch eating drinking looting our numbers fund and themself like pappu.lost all faith from all poor banker. Ufbu lost path now in dark clouds of IBA and unable to find path to come out from this hole.so they are not able to take any action against IBA except begging. May God Murcy them .

latak gaya hai chv ka kuch nahin kar sakta yeh sivay lungi dance ke sale lungi me ag lago do thabi yeh lavde ka wage revision karegaa.sirf nautanki karta hai union ke naam pe isko kuch ata jata nahi hai kabhi isne theek se bank me kam bhi nahi kiya hoga thabi isko aj ki condition ke bare me malum nahi hai sirf netagiri karne se kuch nahi hota hai uske liye kurbani bhi deni padti hai par yeh management ka talwa chatha hai ise liye sab ko intzar karne ke liya bolta hai.hum amercia aur china se compete karne ki bat karte hai par sale eeeek wage revision karne me itna samay laga rahe hai tabhi india itna pechhe hai qki hum log kaam kam aur meeting jyada karte .
Why don't every one of us move before Hon'ble High court vide writ petition in order to establish our rights when these unions are not ready to take steps to wipe out our plight??
Ab toh lagta hai ki IBA ka offer bhi accept Kar Lena chahiye aur scale 4 and above ki salary bhi performance link Kar deni chahiye including cmd and ED. Aur saare pensioners ki pension bhi performance link Kar deni chahiye. Aur full 7 day working week Kar deni chahiye with 3 hours of working each day.
Why retirees are neglected everytime ? Even their medical premium they have to pay.Banks are free after exploiting the employees for 33 year and more .Why they are free not to take care of retirees? This is due to our deaf and dumb bloody union leaders .

I am not confused that why we are associated with this type of use less Union which can't take any strong decision?
