What is the date of next bipartite talks. In the last meeting it was informed to members that next round of negotiation well 'be in the first week of September. It is already 4 days are passed. No information from UFBU so far.
UFBU KATRA PASS KOLKATA ANSWER NAHI HAI KUMAR KI LEADER LOKH PHELE HI NEGOTIATE KAR CHUKA AS AL ME YEH LOG HUM LOG KO BURBAGE BANARAHE HAI ............
There best achievment is 1) IBA has agreed to discuss for wage revision. 2) If any pretty increment similar to quarterly DA increase will be effective from 01.11.17.nothing more is required by union.
It's already been extraordinary delay, young bankers loosing hopes, Deapite, being backbone, lifeline of indian economy, we are underpaid, compare to many PSU/state govt. Salaries, union leaders try to understand ground level reality..
What making BANKERS/BANKING/UNION LEADERS so vulnerable to not to fight strongly tp get our demands fulfilled.
Dear Friends, settlement is already over. Because for next quarter, D.A. prediction is 6.7 to 7.2 %. So none other than this will be accepted by IBA. So our leaders will also be satisfied. Settlement is over. OK. Eppooodi......
Main issue ofincreasein salary is not yet discussed.To beat about the bush will notserve any purpose.Theconcerned need to take immediate steps tostart discussing the hike in salary and arrive at the conclusion within a fornight to prove their credibility.
Simply unions and IBA passing time, it is disgusting to note that unions have no guts to face IBA and government with tough stands although employees ready to face it.
No need of this much useless discussions with Unions.Yearly increment of a fixed % of basicpay till retirement, total merger of DA with BP after every 5 years,fixed % increase in all allowances after every 5 years will be a permanent solution for undue delay in Bank Employees salary revision.Or all benefits of central govt employees to be implemented.
Sickleave should be given every year till retirement.Why no sickleave after 18 years?Why a gap upto 25 years,then after 30 years etc?More sickleave is required as we grow old.
Stop union subscriptions immediately then union leaders are understand what is going on aisi hi bank employees condition is very worse aur kya hoga???????
Why are they(UFBU) playing with us. Is it a game of table tennis with no points they are just dribling the ball from one court to other. Why they are not taking the extreme step when the governmwnt has taken a stand for settlement. Just change the selection procedure of UFBU convenor. They are good for nothing...
Why the other Bank like IDBI Bank settlement news would be proudly announced by the fake leaders to the 10lack Bank Employees? Credit goes to them? Do something to settle the big issues .Do not misguide the members .

It's neither IBA nor UFBU at fault. It's all about govt's inaction.

Next date of meeting between officers union and iba on percentage hike
From which date their so called 2nd week start for meeting call they given I think 1st week is complete in 7 days in iba week has more than 7days

Stop this nasty discussion. Bank employees are cheated by IBA & UFBU.
