For successful settlement of wages these so called unions should be sided first. Then after we can expect something . They are still hanging on some old version issue of discussion instead of core issue. Let us stop all financial support to them then they are bound to erase from this drama of negotiation.
10 bps was settled in 2015 though it was due in 2012 now we should expect wage rivision in 2020 only discussion no outcome bull shit ban all union first for getting levy unions are postponing it
Most of leader's r retd,they have interest in retirees,they don't want to handover leadership in hands of youngsters.Donot worry what they r doing that benefits u will get when u going retired.forget about good results from bps,be happy
Levi is still not reached at expected level wait for 2020 or more settlement will be done before next due dates why are we in hurry. We waited for three years last time and this time not even one year has passed so be patience and calm.... ..

Discussions and meetings are for peripheral issues only. What about Core issue of wage revision?
Pay revision is expected to be in 2022
