The drama is in full swing,now union leaders will get a valid reason for the strike called on 15 the march,and IBA will tell on 13th why are you going to strike when we can meet in the near future.... amidst all these nonsense the bankers will suffer as usual.....
This is very sad thing....unions are doing not a single bit of justice...what is the use if they are doing nothing to us...let's take a strong decision to.abolish all those bastard unions
Loss to retiring employees as special allowance not considered for pension .whether unions will pay the pension Difference from their own funds ? If not why the employees retiring wef 01/11/2012 will wear loss for the faulty settlement of unions ? So unions Should make the payments.
It is time now to retaliate. Unexplainable reasons such as unforeseen circumstances cannot be believed and construed for postponement of bilateral talks on wage revision especially after a long sleep gap of three months. Comrades chalk out a time table of Strike calls commencing from March. 1 day strike -15/03/2018 2 days strike -21/03/2018 to 22/03/2018 3 days strike -29/03/2018 to 31/03/2018 Indefinite strike from 19/04/2018.
Remember Govt. has not passed Gratuity Bill in Parliament. Awake snoring leaders. Unleash all your negotiating skills. The entire banking fraternity is behind you. March ahead.
Forget pay revision worry about your paychech,pension,PF,Gratuity etc. and deposits.why the Board of Directors of PNB have not been arrested and their properties seized
What is going on by the way ? Are they playing hide and seek. I think they will fulfill our demands just before our retirement. Actually that is good we should not have any bipartite settlement but we should have retirement settlement. Atleast our children or grand children will get the benefits.
Hi All, it seems there is a pattern of late when ever wage revision for bank starts a huge scandal was unearthed. Govt and Top official are not ready to give the expected hike for 10 lakh employees (families). But a single person eat all or more than that and it fall flat on the head of bank employees as though fraud was committed by all employees. Govt and top officials will say this a reason and we gracefully accept that and we will wait for next wage revision
Since IBA and Govt is playing with banking fraternity, all loopholes are getting used by some untrustworthy bank employees. Central and State government worry a lot when it comes to its employees as they wont do any work if they don't get good hike. That is not the case with bank employees. I feel governments should do justice to banking fraternity and expect good work.
Ha ha ha. Pnb fraud ki wajah se sare bankers kI lag lag gayiiiiiiiiiii. Hahaha. No pay revision for bankers. Last time 2 percent on basic and da. This year zero.

No transperency among. Delayed as usual. Again has to wait and prepare to sacrifice our hard earned in the form of levy

simple thing is to do less work like cletical as the salary will not inctease in the reign of this useless union and uncaring govt..
