With this type of approach of ufbu & IBA we should not expect settlement by Dec.18 and Govt. Is also making fool of employees by only praising for jan dhan a/c & Demonatization ( not seriuos about settlement).

Pir kyon unki Jajah dusre logo Ko aane ka mauka diya Jaye jo bank employees ke liye kuch kr sake.kyon unki ki monopoly repeated failures ke baad bi bani hui Hai. Central government employees ke comparison mein bank employees kha stand kr rhe hain, ye sabko pta. Pir bi jhooti expectations unhi se.
Please clarify the status of your letter dated 3rdJanuary 2018 addressed to Convenor of UFBU. If no sanctity is attached to the content of your communication, being an activist of AIBEA, Comrade let us separately go ahead and negotiate bi-partite with IBA and achieve our goal.

In last BPS there was complete silence for 2 to 3 months when UFBU agreed for Special Allowance without terminal benefits and only 2.00% increase on Basic Pay . Some how or others news came first we think this is rumour but it became fact and UFBU never open his mouth . In my opinion this time UFBU has agreed on some unwarranted things for there is Pin Drop Silence .

UFBU = USELESS FORUM OF BANK UNIONS
Bhai ab to had ho gai union walo ki koi bhi kosis nahi kar rahi hai wage revision ke liye kya in logo ka jamir Mar gaya hai kya
Jaldi ho gaya to lavy kam milegi,aur credit bhi nahi milega, late ho jay to bol sakenge baho fight karana pada,mushkil se ho gaya
Don't expect wage revision before 2020 because even if iba is ready, bastards in UFBU will not allow. The culprit is UFBU
Now there will be strike in February. More salary will be deducted as February has 28 days
