Great Achievement by Comrade CHV. Bankmen come out of union and start negotiations with individual banks. Atleease that will help to have some increase in remuneration
Seriously I don't know, matters discussed in meetings are having any relevance to bankers. What relevant is % wage hike and 5 day banking. As on date whatever meetings gone, These netas not even going near to these matters for discussion. I can also bet on that not even 5% of netas knows that actually how much % hike has been demanded. We really don't deserve a respectable settlement under leadership of these people.
When Parliament sessions are shown live then, it is time that live streaming of IBA-UFBU XI Bi-partite negotiation should be proposed by Union representatives to substantiate transparent discussion.
Allow the youngster to participate in the meeting they can discuss clearly and they will Talk the important point and they don't discuss unwanted talks
Main issues are not discussed affecting everyone.It seems alrady main issues are agreed as per iba terms only our leaders are just beating around the bush.

Only solution seems to boycott these unions , stop funding these wild unsympthetic wolves.... IBA is equally responsible as it is getting irresponsible for the sole cause of its origin...

Gr8 discussion. Continue till our patience itself says to us to accept any proposal of wage increase.
