Donot expect anything because Union leaders have failed to get parity of PSBs staff with RBI staff on issue of enhancement of gratuity to Rs. 20 lacs for bankers wef 01012016 which directly gives benefit varying from Rs. 5 to Rs. 10 lacs to every banker.I wish to mention here that gratuity for RBI staff is already increased wef 01012016 but the same is not yet announced for PSBs staff.
this demands are total ridiculous bcoz we all banker know that this time except SBI PNB BOB, all and every banks going 2 sign an agreement with UFBU about reduction of benefit of staff & officer....................
Gratuty has to be enhanced to 20lacs w e f 1/1!2016 and pension updation should be done simultaneously as mentioned in Rajasthan judgement.medical insurance should be born by banks.LFC once in 4 years for retirees should be considered.

As Expected, the DA as per 2017 oct is not 57%, will not go beyond 50%. So that will surely affect the salary ....
