Dear Mr.Kumar Sir, its a good news to hear that the unions are going to the introductory meeting with the detailed charter. And my request is to expedite the talks in a time bound manner and get a decent settlement not like last one.
Also UFBU must not forget to include the pending demands of retiree for getting settled along with the serving Bankers as all have to retire one day.

See the % different between cadre wise. Particularly clerical cadre is % more than others
Sir please till our Union what about doing for compassionate appointment bank past cases before 05-08-2014 in national bank and rrb
Kindly clarify whether non pension optees opted pension during previous settlement by paying 2.5% amount is repayable to them. In fact there is a case pending in Kerala court. Kindly expedite and do justice to them
5 day week must be one of the most important demand
Demand should be satisfactory not like the last time . Always we have to satisfy ourself with less improvement in pay and loads of work from the Govt. The Govt should know what we are doing and what we can do of we did not get proper wage revision.
In negotiation we should tell the IBA wala that this time we are not going to tolerate our demands rejected. What our demands are should be accepted any how.
iBA be excluded from 11thBPS as iba implecate and complicate bank unions on behalf of Govt iba is not playing balancing acts for wage revisions as seen in previous settlements RBI in place of iba be included in 11th BPS
In demand union should consider HRA allowance to clerical also. Because nowadays many of the clerical has been posted in long distance from hometown so they suffer lot for proper accomoation....
Five day week with a decent 23% hike after merger of BP, DA, SPL Pay and DA on SPL Pay plus improvement of scales to pensioners, if offered by GOI, it should be accepted and concluded so that new scales are implemented from Nov 1st 2017. Unions as usual call for levy. If settlement occurs, each staff will be happily ready to give 5000/-. They will be happy to give for clinching the deal without strikes.

Donot expect anything because Union leaders have failed to get parity of PSBs staff with RBI staff on issue of enhancement of gratuity to Rs. 20 lacs for bankers wef 01012016 which directly gives benefit varying from Rs. 5 to Rs. 10 lacs to every banker.I wish to mention here that gratuity for RBI staff is already increased wef 01012016 but the same is not yet announced for PSBs staff.

Match is fixed we doing too much. But union still not serious about award staff working condition and their salary. Specially award staff union is not serious. Please do not hope for good satelment.

Match is fixed and please do not hope for good satelment because gov. And bank management thinking that we are useless. Specially award staff is like low grade labour whose birth on earth for work and work only he is alien.
