LOT OF COMMITMENTS FOR BANK EMPLOYEES DAUGHTER'S MARRIAGE, SON'S EDUCATION, PARENTS MEDICAL NEEDS WHICH ARE VITAL COMMITMENTS. DONT TEST THE PATIENCE. IBA SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED FOR WAGE NEGOTIATIONS IN FUTURE. A BODY LIKE PAY COMMISSION (WITH PENSIONERS REPRESENTATIVE ALSO SHOULD BE INCLUDED) SHOULD NEGOTIATE FOR BANK EMPLOYEES.
sir i have not got the reply for my querries. AIBEA saying that levy is mandatory and demanding 4 % levy. Neither central nor any state government/psu employees are paying any levy to their unions after their pay revisions and they are giving nominal yearly subscription of about 100 rupees. Then why levy is mandatory for banks. Why this silly thing is not comming in the mind of our comrades. please clarify sir

RESIGN FROM THE UNION. ONLY UNION MEMBERS LEVY IS MANDATORY.
