Iba mostly ready to offer good hike bastard union leaders will not allow. These union leaders are the biggest enemies of employees

Please do not pay levy. Let us all unite and not pay levy on arrears. I feel IBA wants to help the employees from the looting by the trade unions.
It shows that, Iba is ready to settle the pay revision, but unions not willing to settle.
