when unions don't support or represent employees true heartedly why employees have to accept unions demands. Why only 20% is demanded for hike when central government employees salary is going to be 2 times the current salary. These unions are fooling employees.

Bank employees will not get anything as the drama unfolds stating that the PSU banks r stressed with NPA. So as always the great union people will drag this settlement. After a year r two u people vl be happy to receive a percentage or two and Ur union will call that as a great success.

Only 20% has been demanded..?? Sir what is the source of this info..?? That's just sad. Publicly announcing in charter of demand that 40% load factor demanded.

They are waiting for the IBA offer which will definitely be 5%

After that strike drama of 1...,2.... 3 ..days will start and after 30 months settlements will be signed .

Meanwhile the old drama which is appearing for last 20 years ie MERGER will be played.

Leaders will pat each other while the bank employees will go on weeping.

We are far far behind compare to psus and central govt salary structure. Need to demand 40% or it is time to change top leaders. Young people must lead now...
