Workmen hotel bill reimbursement on deputation should be incorporated as one of the key demand as award staff do not sleep in the street while on deputation. Kindly convey to negotiation team of our union

10 to 5 working for both award staffs and supervisors has become a cruel joke. Actual working hours to be entered in attendance register and compensation may be granted. Bakchod philosophy like if u work seriously then no need to sit late should be stopped immediately.

Sir, as sh.CHV is in the negotiating committee, there should be caution among other participants. To show his one-up-manship he can damage as he had done last BPS. I still feel Banking Pay Commission (BPC) is the right choice for a decent hike in salary

I am not a bank employee but I can understand the desperation and frustration we the public sector's employee are going through because of anti-working class attitude of the govt.It is the willingness and positive attitude of the govt. & mgmt.which decides the wage settlement not the committee or pay commission. For example you can take the recommendations made by Third PRC for the executives of Central public sector enterprises.And it is obvious that lower level employees will get less than that because Govt.thinks that lower level employees are better paid than the pvt sectors employees of that cadre. Hence only the leadership should not be criticised in case expected result is not there.
