bank union is not better ..it is next to most worst in the list of unions that failed to get the work done. feel shame to compare with least capable people...try to compare with first in the list and try to progress...

Dear Kumar, We wish for the success of LIC men struggle. As no CHVs are seen in LIC, they will succeed. We will extend our support to LIC. Goodluck comrades !

The discussion is LIC is too tough just because of one reason that is the banks settled this rate and why we are not accepting what banks already accepted. The bank unions set a benchmark and we are now in a final stage of penetrating that benchmark.
Last time also we got an extremely good wage revision and this time also we will get like that. As per the unofficial reports its too close.

Bank officials despite having bargaining right surrendered before government and have a very cheap revision only 2% hike in basic + da ? , makes a lot of introgation about the vision .....

An absurd decision taken by U.F.B.U.accepting meager 2% increase in basic pay causing hindrance for L.I.C. Wage Revision.Joint Action Committee is unanimously refusing to accept wage revision as per bank pattern .Thanks no C.H.V. is there in L,I,C. Union
