ReplyDeleteWhat about our 5 days banking demand.
ReplyDeleteIt is very frustrating to see no emphasis on 5 days banking demand. It is more needed than salary hike.
ReplyDeleteThis type of wasting time without pay hike and pension issue discussions will continue up-to next 28 months understand.

Dear Comrades,
ReplyDeleteOne can note that the Unions are hardly discussing about the wage revision. It is very likely that as usual to show one-upman-ship Mr.CHV is going to throw some surprise at us and will sign another record note. Other Unions must be cautious in this regard. Settlement will be signed once sufficient levy comes from arrears. So, pl.wait for one day strike, 2 day strike, then only settlement will come. Even, Insurance people signed good settlement last time.Long live Mr.CHV
When will you bastards negotiate on financial (wage) revision
ReplyDeleteA lot has been said and will be said, but you can't move these adamant people because they look forward to only and only one thing and i.e their own personal gains. They are hand in glove with the management and enacting scenes from typical Amitabh movies of the past. We are fools to believe that our unions are our voice, but on the contrary they are moles who play with our sentiments.
ReplyDeleteSir what about dcps to old pension acheme for newly recruitment ie after 01/04/2010
