You r a sadist not those who circulated it, because they circulated the message of 5 days working so that all employees become aware of work timings pressure that is prevailing in banks. With this message it revealed that you never had any intention to figh with IBA n make possible the dream of employees for working for five days. So it tells that you are compromised for money each time you go to settlement with the IBA. Please dont do like that, atleast care for co employees.
Guys it's high time the young bankers take the charge from the oldies..They have passed their time and it's our time now.The queues in banks are increasing day by day but the management and the government is crying for NPA..It's the deed of the previous ones. Why should we suffer of dis.We are doing our duties with the best of our capabilities and like other departments we also want the same remuneration and respect from the customers as well as the government. Its high time the young bankers take the charge coz we are not earning enough even though we are putting so much efforts in our work.5 days banking is also a necessity coz we deserve it more than anyone.Dear Modi Ji see the customers bankers are dealing everyday...Health hazards are a common to bankers coz they are are sweating it out day n night in banks.Last year demonetization took place and bankers made it successful though it was a very tedious task...You MLAs and MPs get a salary hike every time u want even though u r looting the whole country by doing nothing but for working class u r doing nothing. The time has come when the people will throw u out from the Government if you will keep looting the country like the same
Please don't play with the lives of bank employees. N never again mention any word as comrades with bank employees. union leaders r simply filling their pockets, n these people r not eligible to lead the union n this time it is time to form seperate groups with those who are really affected by this working hours n wage revision system.lets revolt against this corrupted system n through away these leaders who encash all the hard working hours of bank employees, because no union leader had fought for a regular mechanism for every wage revision n regulation of working hours n 5 working days, till the date. All union leaders eagerly wait for next bipartite commission after one is over , so that they can encash hardships of heavy working hours of employees to fullfill their thirst for money from IBA. Employees r now in a situation like a hell. All union leaders will go to hell if they play with employees lives.
Pathetic venkatachalam it the fact that u never wanted to have 5days banking as ur not sitting in counter u dont know that pain..and how foolishli ur denying this msg..saying it is flase.. Instead u should assure that 5days banking is in our demand list and we will achieve it at any cost. Till then u can ask the bank staff to have patience..
Banking industry following the old days policies of transfer and keeping the staff away from family and thinking that they will work more for organizations but infact they are just incurring cost to company and bank is bearing all the cost of transfer
Why not people who are actually working in banks go for wage revision negotiation. Retired people should also negotiate but only for retirees. There should be two committees one active bankers and one retirees for wage revision and pensionioners. No wonder why it takes time. This time if settlement is done is below 30% then evry working banker should refrain themselves from paying levy for wage revision negotiation.
Sir,C.H.venkatachalm sir, still our members have faith in you sir.please get any one of the demand either 35% pay hike or 5 days bank.please do this to your younger generation bankers members.if it happens in your period you will be in the heart of upcoming younger members heart for ever till they live.just get this any one demand for your juniors who have hope in you sir.you will do it sir .India sindabad, bank union sindabad.
Why CHV giving explanation is to keeping all the rubbish talks had with IBA under the carpet. Only signature to be signed having green signal from Govt.
Great! so you want 7 Day banking?... its your duty to make 5 day banking instead of stopping message. you focus how 5 day banking will start and we are paying you from our pocket. Good Luck for next negotiation with IBA..
Guys there is no use of showing your animosity over here. I have always said look for solutions and do not try to solve problems of correct system. I want to tell only one thing to all my colleges. Kindly do self introspection of yourself and try to find out what you want in life of from your job. If this bank job can fulfill your expectations even 50% then continue with the bank job can else look for other options, ssc openings are there, civil services are there, state govt. Jobs are there and private jobs are are also available. Please resign and show your worth do not consider that this is the only option you have in life. You guys are sharp and capable of doing much more than this....please search good jobs and resign from bank job, at least I am going to do the same. This is my solution of making my life better. Present psu banking need a jolt they think that we are dependent on them and will never leave them or we don't have guts to leave banking I urge all the bankers please resign on massive level and let the psu banking system collapse. Let's decide that we will decide our own worth and we will not sell off ourselves in peanuts let's find other jobs and resign from this shitty psu banking. These leaders, this government nobody bothers about you and me and they know that we do not have courage resign and we will bow in front of them I want to say this is the time for complete shutdown and do not compromise let's decide we want everything or nothing. Let's resign in Mass.
Mass resignation? No, that's imposible, becouse those who have joined the bank r eighter rejected by others or not qualified even for pvt sector. Secondly some of them have a experience of other job.
FYI many who have joined are most capable of getting another job. But tr bank timings affect thier life. I myself was working in wipro before leaving for PO . Don't comment anything useless !!!
These union leaders are parasites like leech. They will suck ur blood enjoy shamelessly on your money and backstab you. Shame on you. Quit if u can't perform. You are the biggest unavoidable npa's .go to hell
We,the real bank employees who are slogging day in day out in the banks are actually facing two adversaries, one the management and the other one is the union. The union which is good for nothing except giving speeches is infact more damaging to us than the management. The union members never face the hardships which we encounter on a daily basis. They keep the most preferred postings to themselves.Hence, they are totally ignorant to the trauma and pressure a bank employee undergoes.Still we had put our faith on them hoping of a better tomorrow where there will be no undue pressure from the superiors, better HR management, regulated working hours,5 day banking and remuneration at par with the Central govt.employees,if not more. And I feel if we compare the work load of any PSU with banks, the amount of work in banks is much higher. So,when we work more and also there is risk involved in our work, then the demand for higher pay is not unjustified. Also when our regulator RBI has every Saturday off,how on earth our demand for 5 day Banking is illegitimate?Rather than going for mass resignation,I feel we should go for mass protest against the management as well as the unions. If the unions cannot perform their functions properly, why are we paying a monthly fee to the unions and also pay them levy.It is about time we take the responsibility upon ourselves and go for mass continuous strikes. We all had put on a lot of hard work to get a job and lets not forsake it for some morons who are better non-existent.In today’s age of social media,we all can remain connected despite the physical distances and plan our course of action..Let’s get united and agitate for a change,at least for ourselves and our families.
I am wondering how these union members are elected. Does any elections happens to select the leaders of the unions in banks? I think first we should structure the unions then they should be given power and authority to represent the employees. CHV has done wonderful work in backstabbing the unions last time. I am wondering how unions are continuing him even after such a bad hike. Bank employees should open their eyes and start mass protest or mass resignation. That is the only solution. Till then no use of these unions.
Are the negotiators of ufbu seeing this blog. I guess not. The fate of bankers is sealed. Last time it was 15% and i guess this time they will settle to just 10% i guess. If this time we get 40% to 60% raise and if our salary is at par with 7th cpvlc. I am willing to give one months salary as levy to ufbu. Are the ufbu negotiators ready for a deal with me?????
This time even 100 % da merger seems doubtful which LIC already got last time itself . Learn something from LIC. Shameless /corrupt leaders u have dashed the hopes of bank employees.
zillat ki zindgi se toh bina naukri ke baithna achha hai....mass resignation is the only solution. If you yourself will say that people are not qualified enough then on what basis we are asking salary raise and five day banking....mass resignation for those who can afford...many people would e in banking who coming from strong back ground...many would be bachelors...Please guys we have collapse the psu banking system only then these people will listen. aap ke aur mere resign karne kya pata baki bankers ki life achhi ho jaaye....jaise jail bharo aandolan hua tha....aaj psu banking me resign karo aandolan ki zarooorat hai.
Please tell to all your relatives, frnds, and new recruiers about drawback of bank job, by this you save many futures. We destroy our future by join this job. But it's my duty and responsibility to save many upcoming young candidate because they don't know our life. They think bankers clerk salary is huge. They play in money but they don't know we are in poor condition. My social, economical, physical, mental condition lower than any body. We are robots. Bank job today is not suitable for any guy.
All union members in himachal pradesh and gujarat state after final talk oct 23;must make a mass rally against mgmt to settle cpc before nov 2017. Union should inform openly demands settled. No more one or two strike. Indefinite only. Aadhar updation thru bank govt had more savings in gas and govt scheme it should been given to bank against npa.

Best thing is these leaders are getting old and they have to come to you for many issues after retirement then please remember all this don't get emotional and then give them their own medicine delay delay delay for simple simple things.
It's nonsense on the part of association instead of making it a part of negotiations they are coming with the explanation regarding circulation of fake news it is the need of the hour they should have sensed the mood of the general masses working within organisations but ......
go for indefinite strike to ful fill the demands. why for 1 day. that to with full cash in atms. Bna machines. only to loose one day salary. these unions are useless.
