We are happy to inform you iba agreed with our 5days banking demand and will effect from 01/11/17. In this round of discussionss, various issues were taken up e.g.Pension benefit to employees inflicted with voluntary cessation of service, Right to represent against orders of voluntary cessation, Compensation to employees transferred out on deployment, Improvements in rates for shifting goods while on transfer, Bonus for all employees, Fitment and fixation of Ex-Servicemen employees on joining the Banks, increase in Conveyance Allowance to Physically challenged employees, Improvement in definition of family for LFC, Medical insurance scheme, Revision in income criteria ceiling on definition of dependent, Improvements in staff loans, Festival advance, Introduction of petrol cost reimbursement scheme, etc.
Tentative understandings have been worked out on some of these issues and the same need to be further discussed. On some of the issues, IBA was not favourably inclined. it was decided that the next round of discussions will be held on 24.10.2017 to continue the talks.
Since our wage revision is due from 01.11.2017 and keeping the assurance of the IBA to complete the wage revision process expeditiously, we insisted that the Full Negotiating Committee meeting of IBA should be convened immediately wherein important issues like our demand for increase in Wages, DA merger point, Increase in allowances and all other issues involving financial impact.
IBA agreed that this meeting would be held by the end of this month.

Sir itna lamba chauda speech ka koi jarurat nahi hai. Wage revision ka to koi charcha hi nahi hai ki kitna badhega aur kab tak settlement hoga. Union leaders to chahte hi nhi ki time par settlement ho jaye taki unhe levy lene ka mauka mile.
Please don't mention comrades if you r a bank union leader, because only those who fight for working force can use the word comrade but no those who encash all the hard working hours of bank employees, because no union leader had fought for a regular mechanism for wage revisions n regulation of working hours n 5 working days, till the date. All union leaders eagerly wait for next bipartite committee after 5 years is over , so that they can encash hardships of heavy working hours of employees to fill their thirst for money from IBA. Employees r now in a situation like a hell. All union leaders will go to hell if they play with employees lives.
Likewise previous bipartite 11th will be signed in the next 28 to30 months later. Leaders are giving DHOPS to the members. No discussion regarding Pensioners and to be pensioners. Leaders after loading their pockets will sign.
No settlement will happen by 30th October 2017. Our leaders will sign what is dictated by IBA and will tell they are helpless. Do you think Central Govt will accept the whim and fancies of these union leaders

N never again mention any word as comrades with bank employees. union leaders r simply filling their pockets, n these people r not eligible to lead the union n this time it is time to form seperate groups with those who are really affected by this working hours n wage revision system.lets revolt against this corrupted system n through away these leaders who encash all the hard working hours of bank employees, because no union leader had fought for a regular mechanism for every wage revision n regulation of working hours n 5 working days, till the date. All union leaders eagerly wait for next bipartite commission after one is over , so that they can encash hardships of heavy working hours of employees to fullfill their thirst for money from IBA. Employees r now in a situation like a hell. All union leaders will go to hell if they play with employees lives.
If 5 days a week is discussed and settled, same working hour will go up. What union leaders are talking with IBA regarding pay scale, DA etc etc and future pension or upgradation of pension is important. Leaders may think about 7th cpc benefit. But I am sure agreement will be signed within next 30 months later.
Let us tabulate the various demands of as per the Charter of Demands and ask the union leaders to give the status of these demands in each round of discussions till date. As of now our unions are not giving clarity on the issue discussed and whether accepted or rejected by IBA. This will give more clarity about our union's negotiating power and the actual progress of negotiations. This will also throw light whether it is still worth to continue with bipartite or have to go with the pay commission. Unlike our bipartite, pay commission is carried out in a scientific way. In fact our charter of demands is almost a copy paste of pay commission only.
Useless , Mad,Dirty Union Leaders are submitting Demands on 10.10.2017 and new settlement should be implemented from 01.11.2017 . They are not discussing any thing on wage revisions . 1
10.point to be extented to women clerk (facilities to women officer). In future the union must finish the settlement before one month earlier.All union members must comment about settlement.
No mention of actual salary revision. When is that supposed to be discussed?

Delete5 day banking is not official. and IBA also not agreed yet.

This bipartite settlement not is IX (9th) BPS but it is XI(11th)BPS.
