G.S./AIBEA explains understanding reached on 29.02.2020
Actually the meeting of 29.2.3020 CHV had only 2 agendas.....One was to call off strike by pressurizing other unions Second agenda was to finalize the under the table settlement among union leaders of the under table money received from IBA as REAWARD for destroying the respectable wage settlement.
Spl. Allowance merger. The most important issue has been ignored Family pension clinched.is fine Medical scheme for retirees very bad. Nothing done on this. He has not passed all exams.one thing he succeeded is cancellation of strike
The retirees who are covered under pension regulations is a closed group. The number will go on reducing as the years pass by. This was not highlighted any where in the letters addressed to various politicians including FM.
Central Govt has aLready increased the contribution from 10 to 14% to NPS employees. It is obvious it has to be extended to all. There is no achievement on this, since IBA initially offered to increase.
Can the blog admin show some guts and tell why a 78 years old retired CLERK be allowed to hijack and pressurise other UFBU members on accepting a third rate wage deal ?
CHV uttered same thing as he had done on signing 10thbip. CHV attitude is same ,IBA attitude is also same in every settlement. No mention of SPL basic merger in entire speach. He has forgotten his demands. Forget about CHV. What are other union leaders are doing? Are they puppets in the hands of CHV? What is BEFI doing? Why AIBOC is silent?
Befi on 29/02/2020 has written letter to UFBU convenor regarding updation of pension and non participation of meeting in the adjorn time by befi and other 5 constuents .Befi has expressed their anger over the attitute of aibea,ncbe and aiboc .This is from the letter in social media.
Its a regular play dear.... every time of final settlement, we witnessed leaders used to blame other unions... stating because of the other xyz union hidden play, agenda we lost a better pay package.... just to white wash their inability, and mocking with crocodile tears... who cares them...
5 day week should be the most important and primary demand for this settlement. Pension, ex-gratia and other trivial issues demolishing the demand of work-life balance of existing bankers(not for those who have retired a long time ago when bank's job was peaceful and respectable)
Very well said every time his attitude is the same and he is giving explanation out of nothing to show the negotiations is a success. Such a loosers are our leaders and there are bunch of people sitting in the audience and clapping.

There are two ways to change this unfortunate situation 1.To take expeditious legal steps by people n organization like yours to stop the ongoing illegal n never-ending negotiations(discussions) by these unscrupulous illegal entities by getting a stay immediately in a court of law & prevent disastrous settlemens anymore 2.All employees to immediately resign from these useless unions n revoke the check off facilities towards membership n levy by giving letter to HR departments of the banks 3.Identify the responsible n corrupt free YOUNG leaders n form a strong organization to address all the issues of both in-service n retired employees immediately Wish you all the best

(This is subject to official confirmation by UFBU) 1) 5 day week agreed! 2) 15% wage increase agreed! 3) 47.80% (478 Slabs) DA merger agreed! 4) 2% Load Factor on Basic pay agreed! 5) Total increase in Pay @49.80 % agreed! 6) Balance 13% will be distributed in various Allowances agreed! 7) DA rate in future will be @ 0.07 % per slab (now balance of slabs will be 681-478=203 slabs) Official News about final settlement may be expected tomorrow! Please wait for more details. Forwarded as received Now the formula of new agreement is being discussed in industry and in r.b.i also. The date of effect is 01.11.2017 and merger point at consumer price index 6352 have already been decided. It means that 478 slabs will be merged in basic. (6352-4440=1912÷4=478slabs)i.e 47.8% d.a as the rate is .10 paise per slab. In r.b.i. if, Govt approves, pensioners will be benefited in updation of pension. If 10% load is approved over 47.8% d.a it comes to 162.58%.(100+47.8=147.8×10%=162.58)i.e 163. It means 100 rupee basic pention becomes rs.163. So conversion figure will be 1.63. I have taken 10% load for updation because in last updation 10% load was given to all pensioners irrespective of their date of retirement. If load is less then the conversion factor will come down accordingly. After merger at index 6352 the D.A rate will be 7 paise over and above rs 6352. Arrears will be from the implementation of updation I.e.march 2019.

Hello friends, in our Bank of India, in the past 3 days, more than 2700 officers have quit union in protest of shameless behaviour of UFBU. This is no small achievement. An example has been set for others.
Dear.... if chv is not there, another like minded person will occupy his seat.... it happened in yester years too which we seniors, retired witnessed with or without murmuring, protests..... its their fate..... funny thing is workmen unions bylaws permitted the chairing of retired ex leaders to occupy the general secretary positions and proceed with iba bipartite negotiations.... so many cases were filed in various courts throughout the country, which we failed because of this byelaw rules..... courts simply rejected our petitions then and cooly advised to the petitioner to become a union leader.. that was the fate we received then....
Can AIBEA strike on 27th march 2020 will stop merger of banks which is already finalised by central govt.Only loss of pay of emploees.what chv is doing?

ReplyDeleteDear.... if chv is not there, another like minded person will occupy his seat.... it happened in yester years too which we seniors, retired witnessed with or without murmuring, protests..... its their fate..... funny thing is workmen unions bylaws permitted the chairing of retired ex leaders to occupy the general secretary positions and proceed with iba bipartite negotiations.... so many cases were filed in various courts throughout the country, which we failed because of this byelaw rules..... courts simply rejected our petitions then and cooly advised to the petitioner to become a union leader.. that was the fate we received then....

Like this Indian bank is also looting inverstors hard earning money to give 115 share of Indian bank against 1000 share of allahabad bank despite s share price of allahabad bank was 13 and Indian bank was 72 on 5/3/20 i e 180:1000 swap ratio.

DeleteIt’s really sad that IBA or union both are not serious about bank employees bipartie settlement both are thronging the ball in each other court and we employ waiting on each meeting that’s something will come out... Some thought come in mind why should I work so hard for these banks now I will start doing. “ Din jawo paise awo”. No salary hike no work just go in bank and come back @ 5.00pm. Now I don’t care either these bank make profits or lock down due to NPA....
