  20. Today another round of talks with IBA held. IBA agreed to discuss our core demand of respectable wage hike in next meeting, but wanted to defer the strike because of budget day and month end.
    Considering the inconvenience to general public and positive assurance from iba, strike is deferred for now.
    All issues to be clinched in next meetings.
