UFBU must not defer the strike date of 31st & 1st feb-2020 till the announcement of 15% and ready to negotiate in next round, because this is the high time when government makes all efforts to defer the strike due to budget session.
We can expect heavy pressure from IBA and Govt for the withdrawal of Strike and agitational programmes. But we have to resist the same with tooth and nail, We have to stay united.
Today another round of talks with IBA held. IBA agreed to discuss our core demand of respectable wage hike in next meeting, but wanted to defer the strike because of budget day and month end. Considering the inconvenience to general public and positive assurance from iba, strike is deferred for now. All issues to be clinched in next meetings. Circular follows.

IBA has no options for UFBU. No suitable improvement in the wage increment proposed by iba. Hence UFBU declared strike stands from tomorrow. No deferment. Make strike a success. Pls don't be misguided by other rumours.

ReplyDeleteAll YouTube channels saying 13.5 percent offered today
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely wrong IBAs offer only 12.25%then 5day pl encashment 1.37%+PLI minimum 2.74% total. 16.35% this is the IBAs version
ReplyDeleteIba offered 15 percent but talks failed due to load factor issue.

ReplyDeleteNo, 15% offered on 8'o clock but talks failed due to 5 day week &load factor issue

DeleteIBA CHAIRMAN HAS OFFERED 15%
DeleteIBA offered only 12.25% all other fake news
ReplyDeleteYou all must achieved your demands of wages but make united themselves
