Circular No. 06/2020 30th Jan 2020
To all Units, OBs, CC & GC Members
Dear comrades,
Bipartite Talks on 30th Jan 2020
Consequent upon Strike Notice served by UFBU on 12 point demands centering round 11th Bipartite settlement, conciliation meeting took place at the office of Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) at New Delhi on 27th Jan 2020. The CLC (Central) advised the IBA to convene a meeting before 31st Jan 2020 for an amicable solution.
According to the advice of the CLC (Central), another round of negotiation took place today. Representatives of all the constituents of UFBU were present. The undersigned attended on behalf of BEFI.
In the meeting, IBA initially improved their offer to 13%. As it was not accepted by UFBU, the offer was further improved to 13.5%. In regard to merger of special allowance with basic pay; increase of 2% loading; 5 day week, IBA did not come up with any concrete proposal. In the given situation UFBU decided to continue with agitational programme including strike action.
In the afternoon, IBA Chairman wanted to meet UFBU. Com C J Nandakumar, President attended the meeting on our behalf. The Chairman offered 15% increase on pay slip components but was not positive on the other demands like merger of special allowance, increase of loading from 2%, 5 day banking etc. The UFBU took firm stand of moving ahead with 2 day strike starting tomorrow.
Comrades, we gathered information of spontaneous participation of employees and officers in large numbers in all the preparatory programme. The history of collective bargaining in the banking industry is the history of struggle. We are to struggle hard to achieve our just demands. We must take all endeavours to make country wide bank strike on 31st Jan and 1st Feb 2020 resounding success.
ON TO SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF STRIKE ACTION
With greetings,
Yours comradely,
.

ReplyDelete5 days banking must.we are working 3_4 hours extra daily overtime also to be paid
ReplyDeleteOur great union leaders do the blundersi first & then start fighting for rectifying the same Earlier they signed for Pension agreement without revision clause, then they agreed for NPS,in last settlement they signed a joint note &also created new allowence called SPL allow again this time they are going agree for PLI which will be a problem in future.I don't understand why our experienced union leaders do like this, a lay man understand such things
ReplyDeletePerfect. Ufbu leaders get commission fro. IBA for signing such damaging clauses
DeleteWe want 5 day banking
ReplyDeleteFirst SPL pay mergr with basic pay, load at least 10 percent, abolished SPL pay
ReplyDeleteWe want 5 day working and merger of SPL.pay and along with over time for working for late hours. We are all with Union.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't matter what you want beggars and losers bank employees...
ReplyDeleteWhy are LIC donkeys roaming on our grasslands ?
ReplyDeleteWhat the "Unknown" is 100% true.
ReplyDeleteFighting for Second Option
Fighting for abolishing NPS
Fighting for removing adverse clause in Pension
Fighting for abolishing or merging Spl pay.
Our bargaining capacity is loosing.
Why the leaders are not realizing their strength.
Why, They don't know 8 lakh Bankers are before them
Even though one or two leaders are IBA chamchas, there is no any quality leaders to lead us? What a pity.
In olden days CPI leaders were with quality, but now a days CPI also discredited, SEE CHV is doing and had done in past.
Look luck for quality settlement. Pray for a settlement without faulty clauses.
Good Bye....
Why the LIC guy jealous about us
ReplyDeleteActually he not any LIC guy. He us some sub staff level chaprasi (sub staff) member of AIBEA. By reading acidic comments about CHV he is getting diarrhea and dysentery so he keeps writing all these things. Let him bark.
ReplyDeleteThis is the most important and appropriate time to stick to ufbu charter of demands and not to give in to any pressure or threats from any side.if ufbu fail to enter agreement as per charter of demands then it will be very very difficult to sign the same for long time to come.show your might and unity and ofcourse your maturity in reaching the target.all the best to ufbu.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteNext round of meeting planned 27 Feb.
means IBA dont want things will move fast.
otherwise they will close this bipartite settlement before next strike
ReplyDeleteIBA Agreed on 5 day banking just they want to reduce bank holiday from 24days to 12days.
and it will be implemented after Bipartite settlement.
Hope this time UFBU and IBA have some positive Discussion.
Thanks IBA and Union!!!
Our future is in wrong hands and incompetent peoples.
ReplyDeleteA. Union Leaders:
1. Agreed for 2% on BP and creation of Spl Pay in last settlement knowing very well the permanent loss to Pensioners and employees under NPS.
2. Leaders of various constituents of UFBU are having their own personal agendas/ goals.
3. Such is the incompetency that even after 4 days of last negotiation meeting they can’t issue a circular/MoM to apprise the common and poor Bankers.
4. When IBA published a notice before strike that they offer 19% and Unions are irresponsible and Bankers are at fault for the 2 days strike, UFBU should publish their reply justifying our stand and expose the lies of IBA in front page of leading news papers on 31st morning for information to general public. It may cost few lakh rupees but serve a lot of purpose. But UFBU leaders can’t spent their hard yearned money just like this.
B. IBA: The illegal entity who is deciding fate of lakhs of Bankers
1. Offer 2% hike after 1 yr of negotiation knowing very well that it can’t be settled for less than 15%. They r actually hands and globe with leaders to run this show and to show to the Govt that they r also working hard. What on this earth took 40+ meetings every time to settle and conclude.
2. Very poor in math. They can make 15.2% to 19% in public notice. It’s only because they don’t have any accountability.
3. Only IBA in this world can justify that, selling one’s leave is a benefit and calculate it as salary hike.
We should seek info under RTI how much kickback IBA gave to the Union leaders for each wage settlement.
C. Govt. It’s like Bankers are their illegal child.
And the Joke of the day is: No one told the Hon. Guj HC judge that, Bankers are sacrificing their salary for every strike.
Wonderful comment by "Anonymous"
ReplyDeleteAny Union Leaders are reading this.
Better Mr. Kumar please send the comments to Union leaders, IBA leaders and officials in DFS.
Let them read the comments.

ReplyDeleteMy message to AIBOC leaders:*
*TIME HAS COME TO SAY GOODBYE TO UFBU*
If we continue to associate with this ragtag body called UFBU, I am afraid we will soon become irrelevant!
Respected leaders, please take a bold and historic decision to come out of this defunct body...
The true colour of Mr. CHV is out! He is a big opportunist! It is most unfortunate that he is still deciding the future of 10 lakh bank employees! He will not mind splitting UFBU just to satiate his EGO. Before he does any nonsense, it is better for us to come out and fight for our own destiny. Otherwise, we will become a laughing stock!
We call our beloved AIBOC as a largest supervisory trade union in the world! Why we need the support of some of these discredited, old haggards support?
It is very clear and obvious that UFBU will never support the officers community in clinching any of our demands...
Mr. CHV has been using us time and again... let us not fall into his trap once again!
It is better to fight alone and pursue and clinch our demands ... even if we get less...atleast we will get more respect and satisfaction than going with UFBU and ultimately loosing our credibility and relevance!
Fantastic post Vbraj. I am proud to see that my relentless acidic campaign exposing the misdeeds of bloody bastard CHV and UFBU bastards is yielding results. Already there are reports of ground level union leaders being questioned as well as beaten by ordinary bank staff. Now I see valuable posts from Mr.Davis Mr.Vbraj and many others.
DeleteUFBU stands fully exposed. I dont know how a 77 years old bastard called CHV who retired as a CLERK 17 years back can be called for discussion on wage settlement of an increasingly young ambitious set of hard working young bankers.
Mr.Davis, Mr.Vbraj please accept my personal congrats for your explosive and eye opening posts against UFBU
Chup sale illogical gay....aibea zindabad zindabad. Chv zindabad zindabad
DeleteChv was probably ready to sign for 10 percentage
DeleteNice post bro I want to thank you for your information
ReplyDeleteAll India bekaar employees association
ReplyDeleteWithout AIBEA Aiboc never get settlement.
DeleteNice post Mr davis sir and vbraj sir
ReplyDeleteBastard CHV has under table deal with IBA. FOR A FEW CRORE RUPEES this bastard has thrown the careers of hard working bankers
ReplyDeleteHow a 77 years old bastard called CHV who retired as a CLERK 17 years back can be called for discussion on wage settlement of an increasingly young ambitious set of hard working young bankers.
All this is grand useless drama. Settlement was finalized in the very first meeting with IBA 30 months ago. Rest of the drama is eyewash just to do TIMEPASS and create self importance by UFBU.
ReplyDeleteAll India Beggar Employees Association. Hang CHV immediately.
ReplyDeleteBreaking news.....
ReplyDeleteDead body of CHV found in a gutter outside IBA office. All AIBEA bastards are requested to assemble outside IBA office tommorow morning yo pay their respects for their beloved bastard leader CHV.
IBA has made special arrangements for celebrating death of CHV.
National holiday declared to mourn the death CHV (the greatest bastard of this century)
ReplyDeleteTommorow sharp 11.30 a.m. all AIBEA bastards will give a FARTING OVATION to mourn the death of their beloved leader CHV.
ReplyDeleteSome people may find my comments on CHV as harsh or acidic. But remember it is this bastard CHV who pressurised other UFBU donkeys in accepting the dangerous clause creating sp.pay during last settlement.
ReplyDeleteIt was not a mistake. IBA put that clause deliberately and CHV took money and signed such a horrible agreement.
Now IBA is taking fullest advantage of this donkey step of UFBU.
Friends it is very much necessary that CHV dies before signing the present settlement otherwise ONCE AGAIN these bastards will sign some dangerous clause.
Say for example if IBA puts a new clause that psu bank staff should not wear any clothes during office hours OR a clause which requires bank staff to do free of cost boot polish of all customers coming to the branch daily THEN WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ??
You may laugh at these comments but remember practically nobody understood the horrible gravity of SPECIAL PAY. Now everybody has realised how it has permanently damaged all future settlements and ALL THIS DUE TO THAT 77 YEAR OLD SON OF PROSTITUTE CHV.
K K Bandelish faather of sanjeev k bandelish passed away
ReplyDeleteFather of a bastard passed away. Oh so how come this news is related to our settlement. Dont try to gather cheap sympathy
DeleteWhy there is no comments
ReplyDeleteAll are mourning for father of bandlish.
ReplyDeleteWhen shall we mourn for death of CHV and Bandlish. Their death certificates are ready in IBA office.
ReplyDeleteAll this is pre organized drama of AIBEA bastards.
ReplyDeleteBreaking news.....next meeting date fixed 30Feb 2020. Brainless CHV is searching for 30th Feb in calendar
ReplyDeleteYou guys have started posting useless comments yar. Already we got nothing and we not going to get anything with these poor comedies.. So, post something you find worthy enough.
DeleteAll this is because of that third rate bastard called CHV who very shamelessly signed last settlement with the dangerous sp.pay clause. Last settlement was the REAL COMEDY......A BLACK COMEDY
DeleteNext IBA meeting fixed on 27 Feb 2020
ReplyDeleteIs there any circular from sbi for reduction of retirement age of officers to 50??? Please confirm.
ReplyDeleteNo circular from SBI
DeleteNo circular reducing retirement age but circular issued whereby review of performance at age 55& 58 and if not found fit the complusory retirement
DeleteIs it only for officers or for all employees?? Please clarify??
DeleteThis circular is there in all psu banks for last 30 years
DeletePLI (Performance linked Incentives) and 5-7 leave encashment, offered by IBA is another sort of 'other pay' approved in the last settlement.
ReplyDeleteThe aforesaid offers should not be accepted within the offered hike in payout slip costs.
When is next meeting? Any idea?
ReplyDelete30th Feb 2020
DeleteWhy no developments ? Is CHV really dead ? His death certificate is viral on internet. Just google
ReplyDeleteNext meeting only after 20/02/20
ReplyDeleteNo further meeting . Govt challenged to go on strike as long as bankers have GMD ? Are u all social media Sher ready for crs?
ReplyDeleteBetter u non performer bankers accept whatever govt is giving and don't compare with center govt or LIC employee.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that some donkeys from LIC are found on this blog proves the fact that they are utterly frustrated in their own organisation. In Europe and USA it is written on almost all houses DOGS AND INSURANCE AGENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. THIS IS REALITY.
ReplyDeleteSo friends let the frustrated insurance dogs keep barking.
Wage sttlement may be signed during the month of April says CHV in a newspaper interview today
ReplyDeletePlease commend
ReplyDeleteDear comrades beware of this forien breed dog Mr logical guy as he will be first to break indefinite strike and join the duty when govt gives ulriultim for crs.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments. But I care a damn for opinion of AIBEA desi dogs or children of prostitute. Hang CHV immediately.
DeleteForwarded as received... not sure about the authenticity.. plz....
ReplyDeleteWage revision settlement at 15%.This is the monetary side .Many service conditions HV been improved and agreed by IBA e.g Updation in pension and improvements in Family pension.Lower premium of Mediclaim for retirees. No incentive related pay increase but same for everyone. For ladies 9 months adoption leave.Lady employees who r having children below 8/10 yrs will get sick leave sanctioned immediately. And Senior staff for medical issues like hysterectomy etc. There r many other benefits also which will be finalized after 14th February CLC meeting positively. So for details we will hopefully wait for many other service conditions for improvement.5 days a week IBA is ready but Govt is not agreeing. So that is also under consideration : - Hemant Jamkhedkar General Secretary CBIEA Pune Zone Jt Treasurer AICBEF.๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐๐
Fwd as recd...
This is bogus news spread by AIBEA bastards
DeleteAll are rumers
ReplyDeleteNo incentive related pay increase but same for everyone. What is this
ReplyDeleteWhy is CHV still alive. His death certificate is viral on internet. Just google
ReplyDeleteChv is done press briefing today and given good news that settlement will be signed in May 2020. So be happy and bless chv for his efforts.
ReplyDeleteSome how all of them want to avoid further strike, to commence from March onwards.... MOF also pressurising IBA reg the early settlement..... considering the latest political developments like New Delhi election results.... all like rumours.... wait and watch
ReplyDeleteSettlement signed as per CHV
ReplyDeleteCHV is the main villain. So long as he is alive, he will keeping playing games.

ReplyDeleteWhat about we drunkards indefinite strike. Ha ha ha
ReplyDeleteCLC meeting on 17.02.2020.
ReplyDeleteThere is noeeting until 20/02/20
ReplyDeleteThere is no meeting only indefenite strike for one month
ReplyDeleteWhy ufbu never demand. Regular increments for bankers. All most every banker loose 10 increments in his service. This is big loss to employees. Also 2 percent load factor. Gives increase. Of about 500/. RS only. Nothing is there to have joy. Shame on IBA. And ufbu
ReplyDeleteCan someone explain the load factor concept
ReplyDeleteAfter ( da + present bp)%2. 2% will be added to make new bp. This is called load factor.
DeleteNo load and no wage revision modi sir going to apply ESMA against bank employees and retrench all officers participating strike this is from reliable source
ReplyDeleteYes bankers should be retrenched if they cause unnecessary hardship to common people. Their salary is going to increase by Rs 1250-1500 monthly. What else dey want?Because of greed now they will be forced to sell panipuri or do household job at others home after retrenchment....
ReplyDeleteAhhhhhh It seems some frustrated insurance dog has once again started barkinh
DeleteOho it seems the unaccepted illegal child of chv and broker of illegal association we drunkards is once again angry. 1500 per month is sufficient increase for bankers.
ReplyDeleteInsurance dogs are barking non stop out of sheer frustration. By the way nobody listens to such barking dogs.
ReplyDeleteWhy u always say so frustrated insurance employees, their officers basic is around 9000 more than banks, they have good perks, 50 lakhs mediclaim insurance 75% subsisied, vehicle from office upto 10 lakhs for marketing officers, good promotion opportunities, posting too comfortable,
DeleteThe language you write on public platforms gives clear indication that you are the most frustrated person in world not satisfied in any situation,
Load Factor : % of increase to be applied on the NEW BP. Actually maximum % in the salary increase to be given as load factor to build up New BP. To save the Bankers, and to minimize pension and retirement benefits maximum % of increase in the BPS have given birth to "Spl. Pay". Thus from 10th BPS onwards Spl Pay have created which have far reaching effect in coming BPS.
ReplyDeleteUFBU have to fight maximum extent to abolish the new Pay over above for getting the % of increase in the 11th BPS.
Let us hope for the best. Only we can pray for enlightenment of UFBU Leaders.
Fantastic Davis Sir
