5. FIR lodged by the officer in personal capacity on that day and BH/CM H K Das not

taken any pain to lodge the FIR on behalf of Bank.
6. Mr Ernest was arrested and got the bail after 10 days from the court of law.
7. Lady officer had informed the RH Varanasi, Association people, GM P.

8. RH visited the branch next day.
9. Association of E UP is yet to contact her.
10. On request of officer, she has been temporarily transfered to Lucknow zone
for 3 months by CO.
11. Mr. Das has informed her three days back over mob that family of Mr Ernest wants to compromise but she refused.

It's really a shame on our part that we are not responding to the situations.
We all are selfish to the extend that we can't even think of responding against such hapless incidents. Everyone may face such situation and when they feel they are alone...

H R concept in banking has been far away. work work and only work. we not in position to think beyond work. Late hour seating also painful and give the chance of this type of mishappening on the way. We must oppose to work beyond banking hours.

In my view now a days Bankers are most mean minded, selfish, etc. And they are themselves responsible for this situation. If we talk about education, then banker are most educated, but they are foolish that every corner of society bargen them and rule over them. Situation became so worse that any one come and abuse for good for nothing work. And govt as well as top management rule over by adopting the policy ' devide and rule'. The above incident is only a small example but in real banker are facing tough and tougher situation than this. So time has come to Unite the banker under one umbrella, to cop up or with situation like this, otherwise in coming days we will have to face the situation worst than this.
ReplyDeleteMost of the time its bankers mistake , as i have the some issue regarding NEFT transfer in deokali branch of union bank , as i have transferred the fund to wrong account
ReplyDeletei have contacted the head office and they understand the issue and sending continous mail to refund the amount in deokali branch manger but the manager was not ready to refun the amount even not ready to read the mails that was sent from his head office
manager's behaviour was totally disastrous , he was acting like that Union bank uske baap ka hai , even clerks considered them self as the CMD of the bank and their altitute towards the customer is intolerable
Seriousy I am happy with the incident and i think this should be done every day to those kind of bankers
THE SO SAID CUSTOMERS ARE WELCOME TO ACROSS THE COUNTER AND WORK IN PLACE OF BANKER. WHEN EVERY FOOL IS SHOUTING ON YOU AND EVERY GOVT SCHEME IS BEING IMPOSED UPON YOU, YOU HAVE TREMENDOUS PRESSURE TO COMPLETE GIGANTIC WORK IN GIVEN TOO SHORT TIME PERIOD......THAN WE SHALL TALK TO YOU.....HOW DOES IT FEEL? ReplyDeletebank employees are treated like bull shit nowadays people are thinking that they know everything about bank job and are behaving like hell with the bank employees be respectful with the bank staff.attitude of the customers,general public and pensioners must be changed towards the bank employees.bank employees are always ready to give service but you customers should be patient to receive that coz its all mechanized all the impossibilities must be taken into account REMEMBER BANKERS ARE NOT YOUR SLAVES REMEMBER.......REMEMBER.....

HOW PITY THIS IS...., FIRST YOU NEED TO KNOW IN GOVT SECTOR NO BODY IS THEIR CUSTOMER, EVERY BODY IS THEIR CITIZEN TO WHOM THEY ARE GIVING VARIOUS CITIZEN SERVICE....CITIZEN ARE BOUND TO RECEIVE A SPECIFIC SERVICE FROM A SPECIFIC OFFICE... THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION...SO THAT PUBLIC/ CITIZEN ARE ALWAYS VERY MUCH COOPERATIVE AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS GOVT OFFICE/ GOVT STAFF/ GOVT EMPLOYEES...... NOW IN CASE OF BANKING THERE IS A HUGE COMPETITION AMONG ALL PSU AND PRIVATE BANK..
