  3. What a clever idea sir, by providing spcial pay @7% IBA killed two birds., one, superannuation benefits., two- for new entrants the 10 percent contribution to NPS will not be applicable(or applicable) to this special pay.

    shame UFBU

  5. This is the worst settlement, but a good scope for fresh entrants to leave the job and way to go for vrs for old employees.
This is not a revision in layman language if for this it takes 30 months.
we are no one to blame anyone unions are human beings and a common mango people so they have been crushed nicely and this is the smell of the rotten mangoes. IBA is slow and all the circulars of iba suggest that they are slow and poorly steady. Bad and slow decision hurts and this is sad

  10. Even in fixed HRA, many Officers who are going to retire, may not get 150% of HRA. It is based on capital cost of construction. About 35 years back seniors used to construct house for less than 2 lakhs. So a clause is to be added to revalue the property by branch head or external valuer of bank.

  11. For clerks only 200 increase in medical allowance while for officers they have increased about 2900. Way to go unions! Looks like you have completely surrendered without a fight
