During lockdown,so many employees in Mumbai could not attend office as there is no train which is the main commutation in Mumbai. Our leaves are debited in continuous days basis as normal days. ,Which affected us a lot especially those who are retiring in near future. Which leads to financial loss.

As covid is a national disaster, this should be treated as extra ordinary case , so only actual working days should be calculated for calculation of absenteeism.
In April ,may on 20 working days, but banks are debiting us for whole month which is unfair
So many holidays, Saturday Sunday should be excluded in lockdown.
If union points out this to IBA, THEY CAN GIVE GUIDE LINES TO BANKS
HOPE UNION SHOULD INITIATE THIS MATTER URGENTLY

Yes even when banks are follwing roster in a month with less working days, pregnant women who are on leave due to unavoidable circumstances are forced to submit leave for whole month
