CPI index for Industrial workers for July 2018 is 301.
i.e 10 points above June 2018.
It will translate into an increase of 67 slabs (6.7%) in D.A. for Bank employees.

However, This figure will vary according to CPI numbers for August and September.
However a steep hike in D.A. is on cards.

Is this a good news or bad news?

(Previous high is 49 slabs in Jan 2015 and 48 slabs in 2014)

Dear Friends, settlement is already over. Because for next quarter, D.A. prediction is 6.7 to 7.2 %. So none other than this will be accepted by IBA. So our leaders will also be satisfied. Settlement is over. OK. Eppooodi......

Cross selling has become cross killing both for customers as well as officials.. Many officials lost their patience and vexed of cross selling. The commission/insentive which is giving up to GM/DGM/CGM levels must be stopped and it should be given to those officials who actually cross sell any insurance products.

When is next meeting between IBA and UFBU

Until the Retired Bankers be removed from negotiation team,a respectable settlement is not possible.as these leaders and IBA both are cheaters. Hence the Banker be attached with Pay commission to save from these cheaters.

At that time basic pay is less.
Moreover there is only 0.18% per slab and not 0.20%.
Comparing slab wise this time may, I repeat, may be the highest increase ever.
