Heard that the officer unions informed IBA, that they are not attending the 9th meeting, pending issues not yet been discussed to sort out..... wait and see the drama, final happenings..... pity on all UFBU, IBA..... nobody seems to be serious on exactly what they are demanding.... 🙃😪
Drama not yet over. Now they are before 5 day banking, Pension Updation and Leave rules, which have already rejected by IBA. We do not know the exact what happened on 17th Oct meeting between IBA and Officers Union. Any the reason for non attending the meeting will not be the above issues.. It will be some other reasons, better known to them. We are calm for 36 months, Let we can wait for months also.

ReplyDeleteWe should struggle for five days banking, special pay merger and pensions revision & working hours (over time after 5pm) along with pension to all
