  10. It is high time for dismantling the bps talk. Better to formulate a Banking Pay Commission at the earliest by the Govt. Never allow the union leaders and IBA to live on our hard earned money.

  11. Useless leaders.anounce strike for continuous till wage revision accept.they will accept immediate .no one have boldness to announce strike .waste leader and useless fellows

  12. Bankers should do away with the unions and demand CPC . Dilly-dally tactics is replayed every bipartite settlement n the worst part is unions dont have the will to reach settlement sooner . The cause of prolongation of every bipartite settlement is the greed of the respective union leaders n their reasons are becoming obvious to many .

  15. When the entry level salary of Epf assistant and other central govt clerk is Rs. 44000/- the entry level salary of bank clerk is 25000/-. A bank clerk is doing much more work than them but getting very low salary. Modi ji bankers ka achhe din kab ayega. Shame on our leaders. My advice towards new generation is plz don't choose bank as a career. Bcoz here you will get more work more pressure and a very very low salary. Why don't our leaders call for indefinite strike. What's the problem behind it. Are they getting commission for not calling strike. Shameful very very shameful.

  18. Cv must be hanged in public. How can these old donkeys be continued to delay the settlement. Lunch menu decion is the only achievement so far in 20 months

  19. These old donkeys are not served any food at their homes so they continue to be our leaders and attend iba lunch meetings for their survival. In BOB not a single officer has paid a single paisa levy to the unions after last settlement. Do other officers have such guts.

  20. How can the young generation tolerate such third grade union leaders ? BoB officers have shown the courage by not paying single paisa levy after last settlement. Anybody having such guts ?
