All India Bank Officer's Confederation
Letter to UFBU convenor
Ref No. AIBOC/2019/21
Date: 11.02.2019
The Convenor
United Forum of Bank Unions
Dear Sir,
We invite your attention to a press report covering an address of Com. C H Venkatachalam, GS,
AIBEA in a meeting organized by its U.P. State Unit at Kanpur, wherein, he has reportedly
categorically declared that UFBU will be vertically split with award staff union and more specially
AIBEA will sign the wage settlement before announcement of the schedule of the General
Elections by the Election Commission. He has also reportedly stated that as per his estimates,
the present offer of IBA is more in quantitative terms than the quantum paid in the 10th Bipartite
settlement. He has also stated that the Officers’ Associations are creating impediment to the
settlement.
02. We strongly denounce unilateral pronouncement of one constituent of UFBU on the merit of
the present offer of IBA which is very likely to jeopardize the ongoing negotiation in terms of final
achievement that UFBU is collectively aspiring for. It will only strengthen IBA’s hand in the wage
revision talks and sabotage the cause for which AIBOC excused itself from the negotiation on
30th November 2018 and abstained from the talks on 2nd Feb. 2019. We also feel that it would
sell out the aspirations of entire 10 lakh strong bankers’ fraternity and as well as retirees, who
are looking up to UFBU to ensure a decent salary revision/pension updation as submitted in the
Charter of Demands, which is based on certain basic principles i.e. Minimum Wages concept.
03. Despite such provocative open declaration by the General Secretary of AIBEA, we seek your
immediate intervention at this critical juncture so that the edifice of joint movement built over the
years do not suffer at the ego altar of an organization inflicting irreparable damage to the cause
of entire banking fraternity of the country.
We urge upon you to convene an emergent UFBU meeting to discuss this issue threadbare to
protect the interest of our members as well retirees.
With regards,
Yours sincerely,
(Soumya Datta)

If the open declaration is true as said by CHV at Kanpur, the entire progress achieved by UFBU so far will go to hell and it will be stabbing the others from behind. Such say by chv is shameful.
ReplyDeleteChv knows how less the bankers are being paid in respect of their work load and 'something less is better than to get marginal better after delay'.
ReplyDeletewell done Com. C H Venkatachalam, GS,
AIBEA, go ahead.
Betrayal AIBOC - chor machaye shor.

DeleteCHV is the most worst bastard in this whole world. He is the most cunning fox. I am not sure why we are still allowing him to hold the chair. I am sure he will die with cancer, HIV and what not with all danger diseases. He betrayed the whole banking community.
ReplyDeleteFully agree sir
DeleteWhy you have signed the charter of demands jointly?
DeleteNow backtracking the demands you are going to sign the settlement with a paltry 10-12℅ load. Shame on you. You are nothing but a traitor.
I have been telling for the past 12 months the unions are useless and their activities are just their personal needs. At First I urge to all the banking fraternity please quit these bastard unions. That is the only solution and demand for Pay commission for bankers also
ReplyDeleteCHV is telling the language of IBA.. he is the person we have told the 10th bipartite is the best in banking industry is. In other meaning the 10the bipartite settlement was worst in banking history. The old and retiries leader sold all the working/retiries bankers for the benefit of own.
DeleteThis will invite term devide
ReplyDeleteandrule
This is wake up alarm for other unions who are pretending for expediting wage revision on the part of iba instead.
ReplyDeleteSettlement must not be signed if Pensioners issues are not wattled, I is time for do or die....
ReplyDeleteye sab netagiri hai iske alwa kuch nahi
ReplyDeleteI dont know how he can mr chv do this.
ReplyDeleteWe all are banker rather than dividing in woek.en or supervisor.
One and only demand should be there CPC untill closer of work.
First learn to write correct sentences
DeleteChv must be kicked out from ufbu
ReplyDeleteseveral times, in a number of forums, it was clearly told, as long as CHV is in the negotiating team, nothing beneficial will happen to bankers. Once again it is proved. To command respect from IBA, he is behaving like a middleman and ditch the interest of bankers. Even Insurance people got good settlement last time. This is because no CHV is there. Long live CHV!
ReplyDeleteUFBU mein kam se kam ek leader to samne aya jo publicly bol raha hai ki kya hone bala hai, baki sare leaders hankte jayda hain or karte kuch nahi. Bas bevkoof bnate hain apne hi logo ka.
ReplyDeleteWhy CHV is still a part of negotiating team even after retirement. He might have taken money from IBA
ReplyDeleteImplement RBI pay scale. or introduce CPC. Abolish bipartite settlements with IBA.l
ReplyDeleteJoin RBI to get RBI pay sclae
DeleteMks- what a fool you are
DeletePlease please any one clarify, as per 10th BPS special pay of 7.5 to be merged with basic pay and again 7.5 percent to be given as special pay. Does 12 percent includes this special pay or excluding it?
ReplyDeleteChv is right, AIBOC diluting discussions with IBA by raising the issues like mandate and min Wage. At the time of crucial discussion about wage quantum increase aiboc walk-out. After the lapse of about 1.25 yr they wake. Before it where they were? why they were attending IBA meeting if their main issue was un-resloved. Why they call 2-day strike after wasting one year.
ReplyDeleteCheap Union Cheap thinking.
Which person is supporting CHV? I don't want to use bad words in a discussion forum. But CHV is a traitor. Please post replies in real identity.
DeleteGood . Agreement will be signed shirtly. Offer is good.
ReplyDeleteWhat will be the gross salary for clerks after incrememt?
ReplyDeletePlease mention as per pay scale
Bastard CHV has nothing to do with bipartite as his son and daughters already enjoying in foregin countries, he is middleman
ReplyDeletefuck off this bastard
I think 12% is confirmed. Then please say wat will basic and gross salary for po
ReplyDeleteWhy chv still in committee is to be kicked out
ReplyDeleteNothing will happen by these bipartite settlements and by our militant leaders. The last ray of hope to the retirees/pensioners of bank will be to merge them to Pay commission.
ReplyDelete12per is decent..I am happy..high expectations never workout. Better to sign before election notification
ReplyDeletePost reply revealing idendity. Then oy bankers can identify the traitors supporting CHV
DeleteSettlement after settlement Bankmen pay is comparatively reduced and the parity widens. C H VENKATACHALAM has let down the strong and militant Bank union in all wage revisions. It is time for all the Bank employees to throw out that old impotent person and opt for a sincere leader.
