Harami UFBU retired leader ko nikalenge nahi to hamari wage revision achhase nahi hoga.salle paisa kha ke time waste kar rahe hai. Unko kya pata hai ke hum kis stress me kam kar rahe hai.wo to apane pension ka Malai kha rahe hai.
UFBU leadership should demonstrate their strength and determination by sitting two days continuous hunger strike. Set an example for other trade uniin organisation. After that call for strike.Dont lead your life at the cost of premiums of bank employees.If in the next meeting no consensus is achieved let us together confront for head-on fight and preserve all hard earned rights. Now or never situation for UFBU and it's members.
Central government should also implement theirs pay commission into variable pay type like higher increase to lesser corruption department and lesser increase to higher corruption dept.

In public sector banks, management is outsourcing the some of the works. And employees/officers are very happy that, their work load is getting reduced. They don't know that, after reduction of members in the union, bargaining power of the union will also effected. We are not responding to any call of the union and during the wage revision we are only blammin our union. In our house if our maid ask for increase of their wage, whether we will increase without bargain? Question ourselves..
Dear unknown I appreciate your views.you have correctly written that if our maid ask for increase her wage we some time say next year or bargain like any thing.Same in the hiring rickshaw we bargain with poor rickshaw Pooler.your thought are lesson to those who are abusing union people. I am member of AIBOC and presently suffering with chronic disease.
