Why IBA is so curious about change of term of Medical Insurance Scheme?

Any problem with the brokers?

Or IBA want to deal with any chosen Private Insurance Company of their choice?

 They are showing a  casual approach in wage revision talks, but showing urgency in this matter.
Is their any conspiracy?

    11 bps,so many times befooled,da of 3 yrs back merged with BP,shame on this negotiators,let them give u back for once a written reply to yr charter of demands numbering it point by point,never never, but with such solid force behind you what makes us so weak?

    When left parties protest for flimsy reason union leaders call for strike immediately and put poor bank men to trouble by loosing their salary for no reason or agreement from our side for such strike,but let bps come and IBA thappad Marthe rage,no strike,IBA agreed to merge da with basic of 2014,ok by union netas,call for indefinite strike with 90%employee support,no,we will not put IBA to trouble says netas,so kya Karon,doob maro our kya.

    Dear kumar,
    We should not go in for strike immediately. At once, we have to resort to non- co-operation and work to rule. This should continue at least for a month. IBA cleverly, crossed annual closing and got the appreciation of Fin.Min. people. We are unable to find such a smart act from our leaders. Until they announce a min. increase of 20 % do not go for negotiation. Announce agitational programmes and visit all the cities to encourage comrades.
