  6. One more tour. Union representatives be prompt in submitting and claiming TA/DA. Slowly siphon off members monthly membership contribution.Stay in 5 Star studded hotel. Don't forget to travel by flight in first class seats. Remember to announce next date of meeting. Draft a circular mentioning discussion held on medical, pensioner and leave benefits. Talk only non-financial matters. Don't let IBA to discuss about financial matters and stop talking about quantum of load.

  14. In talks today IBA made a meager offer of 2% increase and hence it was rejected by UFBU. Hold massive demonstrations on 9th May throughout the country. Get ready for 2 days strike by month end.

Iba do a better role play in barganining....our people will be happy saying that we had pulled iba from 2 percent to 8 percent..see we had win...and iba will say to gvt that we had pulled bankers from 25 pcnt to 8 prcnt...who will win...???? We ought to be very smart but we are made fools by our elected members..
