  5. Central government n state governments salary have been disbursed today itself. ATMs will work normally , I don't think strike would make a big difference .

  6. Atm is enough for 2 days strike. So neta g chalo indefinite strike.

    2. Good one but let us go for non cooperation just like our ancestors. Let them show they are nothing without us. Let us bury the hatchet of being told by others. Let us lead the bankers right to glory.

  10. Why fast unto death by union leaders only ? You can create an example by doing this . Believe in struggle and join the call of strike. Despite anti-working class and anti-national steps of Modi Government, no one is abusing Modi govt. But union leaders who are making honest efforts for your betterment are being criticized.Try to understand the game plan of RSS backed Modi govt.who wants you to be the slaves of employers. They do not have to do anything with your well beings. They don't have to do anything with justice. They don't have to do anything with nationalism. These are the slogans only to make you fool. They are in power to implement their divisive agenda with the support of majority mentality. We are the working class people and we must ensure that only the pro-people political class should come in power in 2019.

    1. Because it's the union leaders who get the monthly subscription fee, and collect the levy from arrears. And mostly because they deserve to die. Only if they die for the sake of betterment of bank employees for once, they will be redeemed. The leeches who sucked the blood of employees will die a glorious death.

    2. Stop this political chant, it's not the matter under discussion

    3. It is not the political chant but the hard reality. We will have to understand the agenda of political class in power, because our wages and service conditions are decided by these political bosses. We can't expect positive thing from negative people. Many times this government has made it clear on national and international platforms that public sectors should not exist and government employees don't work. Then, how can we expect good things from them for us.Unless or until we don't have analytical approach towards the class character of the government we can't understand whom we have to fight against. So instead of blaming union leaders for everything , kindly have logical thinking and fight for justice.

    4. Indefinite strike is the only answer to this callous attitude by IBA and govt, two day strike will only help IBA and give hard ship to workers because they loose salary and have to clear back log work

  18. *All Indian Citizen should know who looting the Banking Industry of India.*

As per *RBI* data (March 31,2018), below is the NPA(Non Performing Asset) of Bank:

    *Total NPA ₹6,41,055 Cr*

    *Corporate Industry NPA*
    ₹ 4,70,084 Cr (73.33%)
    *Agriculture Sector NPA*
    ₹ 57,021 Cr (8.89%)
    *Services Sector NPA*
    ₹ 84,686 Cr (13.21%)
    *Retail Sector NPA*
    ₹23,795 Cr (3.71%)

    1. *Corporate Industry Loan* which is mostly 73.33% of total NPA is sanctioned by Govt appointed Board Level Executives to Industry like Bhushan Steel, Lanco Infra, Essar Steel, Amtek, Monnet Ispat, & people like Nirav Modi, Mallya..

    2. *Agriculture NPA* is Mostly due to Farm Loan Waiver policies by newly elected govt after election, and so such people misuse loans.

    3. *Services NPA* is mostly like MUDRA loan, where govt bars Banks to take collateral, hence Banks cant recover and they happily default hence now *Mudra NPA* increasing day by day.

    4. *Retail NPA* is only NPA where a Common Branch level Banker make sanction in form of Housing, Car, Personal loan....

Now Question come How 10Lakh Common Bankers are responsible for all NPA and being offered only 2% of salary hike. It is not justified at all.
