Bankers ka to wage revision gaya. As per ministry officials no revision for bankers after so many scams. Hope Lic and general Insurance Companies will get a far better pay revision this time as well.
We cannot let our future decided by the selfish motive of these old, kamchor, parasite union leaders..We need to take on the fight ourselves..What Ravish ji had started in Prime Time has lead to the formation of a forum and a grand assembly of the real bankers in Delhi, not of the Union leaders, who call themselves bankers but in reality are puppets of the management and seek only profit of themselves..Let us hope that We Bankers and journalists like Ravish ji would provide the necessary forum and the rightful impetus to put forth the real problems of us,the bankers and it can go a long way in mitigating our miseries and provide us our dues..
The people responsible for the plight of the bankers is none but the bankers themselves..Why are we still looking towards the union leaders as if they are going to have the settlement this time and address all our issues..Isn’t it crystal clear from the previous settlements and the pace at which talks of this settlement is going on that they are not genuinely concerned about the bankers..It’s high time we discard the unions, stop the monthly subscription and fight ourselves for what is rightfully ours..They are no one to decide what is best for us..We have to decide ourselves and act accordingly.
so whats the hell we will do with this?
