very true not even offer is made now these unions will forget wage revision and do strikes for this issue they got another chance to delay settlement and extract more levy and get more free lunch meeting
Madarchodo behen ke lodo harami ke pillon bhosdi walon.....kab karoge wage revision....kahin mil gaye toh behen ke lodo kutte ki tarah pitne wala huuun tum haramiyon ko.
Last time 2percent hike. This time please make it 2.2 percent, that is 10 percent over last time. Last grade pay made. This time double the grade pay, that is 100 percent hike in grade pay. Last settlement first time in history pension was reduced but very slight. This time make it 25percent reduction in pension. Lastly say good work done and Rs10000/-levy. We hope for above after 2.5Years waiting and 8 man days strike. Salute comrades
Union itself give upto December,17 in Nov.17 to the IBA and making fool of employees & IBA AND UFBU are not interested in early wage settlement and playing the delaying tectics. With this type of attitude the settlement will not be possible in the year 2018 and forget that the union has any bargaining power. Union will sign the settlement as it is prepare by IBA and the union is selling the interest & Future of the employees with their own interest.
Government has given another reminder to the IBA INS and bank union's to expedite the bipart settelment. But no response from our union's. It's 7th reminder from government. It shows union's are not interested in wage revision and not serious towards bipart settelment.
UFBU is useless. In union govt 2.7 times of pay has been fixed in 7th pay commission without any strike or loss of pay but in banks no hike for pensioners, in 10th BPS 7.75 per cent Of spl allow paid but it does not attract pension How UFBU fulled bank emploees
Revision will be in negative territory.Accept 5 pc wage cut or go to hell. All banks have been looted by the Ministers,Chairmen,Directors and Unions/Associations.Only remedy is not to pay a paisa to these union/association crooks. No levy,no contribution.Kick out the retired senile doddering fools.

That's the reason talented people don't and should not join bank jobs and destroy their future. Totally thankless job

ReplyDeleteMatch fixing case. They will delay by 2 years. Then give a meagre hike. All credit will go to UFBU ( USELESS FORUM OF BANK UNIONS)
