  8. if iba is not come up with proper results and decisions in the meetings...then what the hell are the unions doing...just listen to them and come back to employees with no progress ....I feel shame on these unions....they are not worth for zero....single point of agenda....at par with 7th pay commission standards at par with central govt....and call for indefinite strike...we will see how govt wont come down...these unions are not doing their duty...they are backstabbing and they became jacks of it.....

  10. Is it trust worth the negotiation will complete by October 2017.
Even Hon'ble prime minister Narendra Modiji cannot understand this drama. What is the necessity of meeting once in a month, wasting union funds, staying in 5 star hotels, having some chit chat return by flight. Technology is improved, there is no necessity of all union members & IBA officials flying to Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta etc., to have discussion. They can do this by video conference. Sit for three to six days complete once for all. Without these heros banking industry will not comes to standstill. Since three months they are yet to discuss prime issue of load factor. It is better to bring this to the notice of H,ble prime minister Shri. Narendra Modiji using electronic media.
Please try your level best to bring this drama to the knowledge of prime minister

    1. Ham sab union leader ko dosh dete hain .lakinjab strike hoti hai to adhiktar karmik paid holiday mankar picknic manane chale jatehai ,media ko dikhane ke liye crowd hona bahut jaroori hai tabhi govt. Par dabav banata hai,es liye sabhi karmiko se nivedan hai jab union ke strike call ho to adhik se adhik strike mein samil jaroor ho, dhanyawad

  15. If these unions does not yield results by Nov 17. Then stop contribution from 1st Nov 2017. What else they doing, only nonsense of having Samosa in IBA meetings. They working as agent of IBA and GOVT for pursuing political ambitions.

  18. Is there any such organisation where the employees log in with their pf no into the system? I doubt. Remember half of the pf is our hard earned money. There should be a separate employee code used as login id.
